H2O Plus Face Oasis Cleansing Water 8oz / 236ml

I have had mixed results with cleansing water and cleansing oil from different lines. Some add too much oil and leave a residue, some make skin too dry, most don't seem to do anything. I have very oily skin and after a long day of work or after a work-out I prefer not to wash my face with soap but I do like to swipe a toner to remove dirt and oil-or use a cleansing water/oil. Out of all the cleansing waters and oils I have tried, H2O Plus Face Oasis Cleansing Water seems to get rid of the "ick" without side affects.

The consistency is very water-like, and slides out of the container quickly. Like many cleansing water products, you still mix it with water to form the lather. Once mixed it makes a slightly thicker product, but it is not the thick lather that you would find with a normal clear face wash. Because the lather is so thin-I find it difficult to work over parts of my face when using the recommended amount. Additionally, I had friction induced irritation in my sensitive areas-(mostly my chin) while I got used to the product.

I have no complaints about the results, although I have sensitive skin that is acne prone-I never broke out when using this product. My skin was never over dry-and it left no residue on my face. However, I don't feel it made a huge difference in my skin either.

My big complaint is with the price, how much product I had to use in order to make the lather and clear my skin, and the delivery system/package. A large bottle is only 8 ounces which usually runs about $22-$24. This would last me about a month with 1-2 uses per day, usually after work or after a workout. H20 Plus has come out with a new delivery system instead of the shake bottle for this product, but I was sent the older bottle which you have to shake in order to get the product out.

I would recommend this product to someone that is dependent upon facial cleansing waters in their skincare routine but has trouble finding one that is not irritating or leaves a residue.

All of the larger Mason Pearson brushes, including this one, come with a bristle brush, so that you can easily clean loose hairs out of your brush.

The Detangler is a brush just like the other brushes, not something just to be used when your hair is tangled or your done shampooing. It is a fantastic brush for people with coarse hair or long hair or thick hair also. Even though my hair is very short, it is the only brush that works for me because my hair is so thick. This handy size is about eight inches long.

It's quite a large expense to buy any Mason Pearson product compared to other manufacturers of hair care items--it's a luxury item and the purchase is an investment--but it's worth it. If you're the type of person who would rather enjoy an evening at home having your hair brushed by your spouse instead of going to dinner and a movie, then you can justify the cost. That's how we did it :)

I used to use this years ago when Higbee's sold it. (The container was much prettier back then, it had little floating flowers and herbs in it)

When Dillard's bought Higbee's, they didn't carry this line anymore. I was so sad because I had tried a few products from this line and really loved them.

Well, I found it again online after all these and bought it.

Since a lot of formulations have changed over the years, I was hoping this wouldn't be one of them. Except for the container, it hasn't changed at all.

It still brightens, cleanses and really, really smells wonderful. It's the only shampoo I have tried that actually keeps my hair clean longer than the tons of others I have tried. (I use this all summer, mosquitos must hate the smell, no more bites I don't know why tho)

I can use this once a week or so and still use my regular specialty shampoo (mostly right after it's color-treated) if needed. It seems to make it work better.

I just wish they had that beautiful glass decanter it used to come in.

This is my in between shampoo. You can use it every shampoo but I like to switch back and forth with my other shampoo and use this as a weekly deep cleanser. It smells wonderful and it can be drying so you will need to condition. It leaves my hair shiny and smelling great. Very nice product.

I was a little disappointed to see that the first ingredient was mineral oil though the image on the bottle is an olive suggesting it is olive oil based. (It's the 7th ingredient) Either way, the product is great for gently removing stuborn eye makeup with out havign to scrub and has a pleaseant added fragrance.

i bought this when I was just learning about the oil cleansing method and thought I'd try it out. It's okay. It's commercial which means it turns a milky white color when it hits the water. It moisturizes and I did notice a difference, but you'll get that with any oil if you use it right. It did come in a really cool bottle so that was kinda neat.

Peter Thomas Roth Botanical Buffing Beads

I bought this to use as a scrub and didn't expect anything but some exfoliation. This is so much more than a scrub and has actually kept my skin clear for over a year now. It's not marketed as an acne product but it does an amazing job of clearing without overdrying. I've had adult acne my entire adult life and this, coupled with the PTR's Max Correction Pads, are the winning combo I have spent literally decades trying to find. I use this in the evening after I remove my makeup, add eye cream, and I'm good to go. I wake up glowing. In the a.m. I wash with Cetaphil and follow that with a Max Correction Pad and that's it. Clear, exfoliated skin that's ready for sunscreen and makeup. This blue stuff actually works better than the yellow which was designed specifically for acne prone skin. I can see why this has won awards. It's fabulous. PTR needs to do a better job of marketing it. And Amazon has, by far, the best prices on PTR products.

For the last five years, I've used this face wash. Yummy! Yummy smell, yummy texture, no irritation, no drying out, and very clear skin. Like, I don't get acne unless I switch to another face wash. An esthetician recommended because it balances and smooths skin. He was so right.

In terms of whitening/lightening/brightening, I don't know. It was a bittersweet moment when I started using this cleansing cream recently. It is just what I have been looking for in a cleanser: cleans without drying, removes make-up, easy to use, smells absolutely delicious (unfortunately for my wallet this might make me use more of it than I need!), and my skin feels so clean AND moist afterwards (and I could use some lightening). The downside is I will have to find a way to afford this product from now on, but I just can't keep trying cleansers that disappoint. So this is it for me. I like the smell of this bodywash, but it seems I have to use quite a bit of it compared to other moisturizing bodywashes in order to get a moisturizing effect. I'm not sure what the other reviewers received, but maybe there's a difference in fulfillment or something. I received my product via Prime with no problem. It was properly packaged in plastic and bubble wrap and a regular Amazon box. I like this product a lot. My hair is much healthier now that I've been using it for a while. I also recommend the Instant Reconstructor (in the white bottle) to use every other day instead of the conditioner and the hair mask occasionally. That seems to keep my hair from getting weighed down from moisture. My hair is rather thick and holds on to product a little too well sometimes. All in all, I feel I got exactly what I was expecting, delivered on time and in great condition.

Broken and cracked bottles I agree that I loved this stuff at the salon but was sorely disappointed when I used it at home truly seems like a knock off product in my opinion...ugh!

I was very disappointed when I received my product!It was packaged poorly in just a large bubbly brown envelope. When I received it, the caps on both the shampoo and conditioner were off & broken, and more than half of the product (conditioner ) had spilled out in the packaging damaging the invoice and any other information which was enclosed. When I used what little of the product was left in the bottles, my hair felt stripped and VERY damaged! This was not the experience I had with the same product that I had purchased from the salon. I wonder if the bottles were filled with something other than the product that was supposed to be in them. VERY unhappy!!!

I was looking for a simple clay mask and came across this in my local Whole Foods. I have fair (Celtic) skin that is sensitive and prone to cystic hormonal acne. I have been struggling with cystic acne since I turned 21 (I'm 27 now). I use this stuff 4-6 times a week (it says to use daily on the jar, but I think my skin is way too sensitive for that) and it has made a huge difference in my skin! I apply the mask and leave it on for about 20 minutes (until I feel it dry up and tighten) then use a wet towel to scrub it off. I use this, the Dermalogica Special Cleansing Gel, the Jurlique Calendula Cream and Weleda Smoothing Rose Cream, and my skin has done an amazing turnaround. I used to be way more hippy-dippy with my skincare and slather pure jojoba oil all over my face. I think the oils really built-up under my top skin layer and triggered the cysts. With this routine, my skin is nice and even-toned. This past month I didn't even go through my usual hormonal break-out of chin cysts (yuck, I know). Any blemishes that do happen are smaller and clear up within a couple days. My only slight faults with this mask is that it dries my skin out (just be sure to slather some moisturizer on right afterwards) and that it does not clear up scarring from past breakouts.

This is really what it says that is. I have a mixed skin and I don t have acne problems but I needed something that cleans my face after make-up. This product does that and more. My skin is softer and moisturized and cleaner. But you need a light face cream right after you washed away the clay. I love it! I strongly recommend it.

This product was nothing short of miraculous for me.

I'm in my early forties now with skin that has been trouble-prone since I hit my teens...and while I have used various and sundry products to control breakouts from acne and rosacea (which started about age 40), including retin A cream, topical and systemic antibiotics, and every sort of over the counter cleanser, these treatments helps but if anything my breakouts were coming closer together and getting more severe as I aged.

I've been using the mask for about 8 mos and my skin is the nicest and most healthy it's been in many years....I had rapid improvement of both my regular acne and the rosacea on top of it.

Caution I've never had any benzoyle peroxide sensitivity. People who are irritated by benzoyle peroxide probably won't have the same kind of experience I do.

I use it heavily. I apply it either before I brush my teeth or before I get in the shower. It is cool and refreshing. I usually let it sit as a mask for a few minutes before I rinse off, although sometimes I use it just as a cleanser when my skin needs freshening...like after I've walked through a cloud of someones cigarette smoke.

It leaves my skin very, very clean, and *soft.* I have never had any dryness or irritation from this product at all...indeed, my skin has become less sensitive and reactive and is calm and feels good when it used to be angry and irritated all the time. The dryness others warn of has never been an issue for me. it makes my skin feel like normal healthy skin.

Working outside in the heat or cleaning in a dusty, dirty environment used to cause my skin to break out. Now before cleaning or working I will actually put a bit of this mask onwne I am done, my skin is none the worse the wear for the activity... I stay clear and smooth. I guess it blocks the irritants or stops the sebaceous glands from making my pores either block or become a haven for bacteria.

I do not have serious acne all over my body...just a very trouble prone face for most of my adult life. The benzoyle peroxide mask has ended this trouble for me. I simply smooth a couple times a day for about the time it takes to brush teeth, and wash it off. No prescriptions, no panicked spot treatment of painful blemishes or pustules...just perfect skin for me. Amazing!!!!

This is a great idea and useful for anyone who prefers to use Benzoyl Peroxide in a wash instead of a cream. I like using this once every few weeks to kill the bacteria that can cause blackheads. It is a rich, creamy clay-like mask that instantly dissolves when water is applied. You can apply this before getting in the shower and it easily rinses away.

As the product penetrates into your pores, you feel a cooling sensation. This is also a wonderful product to use on large areas of your body, like your back in the summer, etc. If warm weather makes you break out, try this product a few times a week and I think you will see a difference in the clearness of your skin.

It is rather drying, so you might want to use a more intense moisturizer on the day you use this product.

This product works and does help get rid of acne. If you plan on using it as a mask id consider not leaving it on for more than 5 minutes if you have sensitive skin like me. It may burn, cause rednesss and even make skin super dry if used to much or too long. I like to use it as a face wash and it truely gets rid of blackheads and breakouts :)

I use this cleanser and tend to recommend it.

I have used many,many fancy and store bought brands and the Neutrogena CPM seems to help keep my break outs to a minimum. I am not saying it is the best, but I know two other good friends who see the same results I do. It just works for us. Unfortunately stress, diet and hormones have a significant affect on my acne, which can be anything from mild to severe.

Basically, if I use this in conjunction with a very mild cleanser my skin looks clear. I have also noticed, if I wash in circles for 30 sec to a full minute and rinse well, my skin looks very clean and almost radiant. And it feels soft from the tiny, tiny exfoliation beads.

The mask is too drying, but as a cleanser, I prefer it to proactiv. And frankly the acne market is worth billions, so I tend to use affordable products if I can, that work.

I had to stop using this product. My skin is older and more sensitive and prefers natural cleansers. I will use this maybe, once a month or after a long hot summer day. But sadly, it dries me out horribly now and irritates my skin which it never used to. I have heard some people say you can develop sensitivity to b peroxide. It is a very hash chemical, so that makes sense.

This shampoo didn't do much for my hair at all. Using it with the conditioner made my hair all fly away, and brought out colics I didn't even know I had. It smells really nice and I wish it would have been a better product. Even though I have fine, thin hair (specifically what this shampoo is designed for), I'm going to try other shampoos/conditioners in this line and hopefully will find the one that works for me.

My wife bought this shampoo and after a few days I hate to admit it but her hair looks much better and even smells nicer. Whatever, she's still a girl and thus not as cool as us boys.

I recieved this same product sample form my Dermatologist gratis when I started to regime in December so I feel a little ripped off. The product line itself is nothing short of a miracle but to pay $25.00 for less than 1.25 oz of total product is just smarmy on the sellers part. First, I think the sample size is meager for the amount of product you get. The products in the kit are a nice way to try the creme cleanser, facial exfoliator, broad spectrum sun block, and skin elixir. Of the products, the facial exfoliator and sun block I will purchase. The sun block is emollient without greasy and absorbs well without that white mask you get from mineral sun blocks. The exfoliator is gentle, non irritating with my Retin-A, and leaves my skin glowing. I'm in my 50's so drying is always an issue with skin products. The creme cleanser doesn't remove make up well and leaves a film on my face. Save your money and buy the Burt's Bees Facial Cleansing Clothes for sensitive skin--work better on make up and no film.

I had used the Oily/Combination skin cleanser from Mary Kay as a backup cause I had ran out of my Normal/Dry skin cleanser and the Oily/Combination cleanser made my skin feel very tight and rather dry. When I use the Normal/Dry skin my skin looks and feels perfect though.

Stumbled on this here in my endless quest to find a cleanser that both gets off makeup and cleans well, and doesn't irritate my super sensitive skin. In a million years I wouldn't see myself as a Mary Kay product person (seemed like a corny old ladyish line), but I was really wrong and I am admitting it.

I don't like that there is paraben in the product, but it's low on the list of ingredients and in any event you do wash the stuff off, and the rest of the ingredients are impressive. (I have been following my cleaning with this some Weleda Almond Cleanser afterward because it's very soothing.)

The cleanser comes out of the tube in a nice marshmallow like consistency, but when you apply and wet it, it gets milky, not really too lather-y. My skin felt clean after, not annoyed and not too tight. The best part was the next day waking up and my skin not looking bumpy and red which it will if the product doesn't agree with my skin.

St. Ives Apricot Cleanser Blemish-Fighting 6.5 oz.

I tried this because I had been using the St Ives Blemish and Blackhead control Medicated Scrub and loved that. Because that is quite coarse I wanted something pretty much the same which was less abrasive for everyday use. So when this came out I gave it a go and it is sooooo good. I moved to USA a few months back and with the water and weather change I started getting the odd pimple and blemish. This, with the other one I use, has totally stopped this problem. I use the other 2 times a week in the morning and this everyday. I use it after a foaming cleanser to keep my skin exfoliated and it really does work. It is much finer than some other scrubs and as a result it doesn't dry the skin too much.

If you suffer the odd pre menstral or teenage pimple this will work!!! Even if you don't, this is good for keeping the skin smooth without being too rough. I love it!

In my opinion this is the best product for oily skin. I have been using it for a year now and it has proven results for my skin type.
