If you want something that is going to dry up those pimples then this is a great product! I have very sensitiveand dry skin that is very easily agitated. The first week I used it my face dried up and became very irritated ( which is common when I use new products). But after the first week my face adapted to it and it started clearing the pimples. I still get a few pimples here and there but it has worked wonders controlling my breakouts.
