Garden Botanika Gel Cleanser, Balancing, 6-Ounce Bottles

Garden Botanika Gel Cleanser, Balancing, 6-Ounce BottlesI really enjoy this face wash. I use it maybe 2 -3 times a week. I keep it in the shower because the citrus scent is really nice when you are trying to wake up early in the morning. Also, it's true that you only need a VERY small amount. Seriously no more than a pea-size drop will spread nicely for your face and neck. I don't think this is very drying, as my skin doesn't feel too dry or tight after using it...but since I don't use this on a daily basis I can't fully comment on that. I like to use Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face wash most of the time...and it's also true that your skin won't get dry with Noxema -but you may find it takes a few extra swipes with toner to be sure all make-up has been removed with many of these face washes...so far the only way I've found to get every drop of make-up removed is by using the new pink-colored Loreal face wash which is EXTREMELY drying so cannot be used every day or by using the Clarisonic brush which is awesome but quite pricey (and sometimes a pain to use if you are in a hurry). In any case, I do recommend this wash, a nice gel with a pleasant scent.

I'm approaching 50 so I've tried a lot of different facial products. This is my favorite cleanser of them all. I can't find it at Ulta anymore, so I keep trying to find something else that I like just as much. No luck so far! I like this better than Clinique, Dermalogica, Peter Thomas Roth, Paula's Choice, Cellex-C, Neutrogena, Aveeno, and others I can't remember.

You just use a very little bit, it has a nice grapefruity scent, and it gets the make-up off without drying too much. It is more thick and soapy than it is creamy. You will want to tone and/or moisturize after using this cleanser. I like my face to feel really clean, then I gob on the moisturizer. It seems a little pricey for a cleanser, but if you don't waste it, it will last a very long time.
