Buy Olay Body Wash Luscious Embrace Now
First, let me say that I have been without a good body wash since Dove added Nutrium to theirs. I loved my Dove body wash, but the Nutrium just made me feel sweaty, sticky, and in need of shower right after showering. I had been using a Target brand body wash that was a generic version of Dove, but they have just recently changed that. It's not horrible, but its not that good either. I had tried one of Softsoap's body washes, but I wasn't very happy with it, so I bought a bottle of this at my local grocery store. I can't believe just how horrible it is.After using this I didn't feel as clean as with the Target body wash I've been using. It's not as bad as the Nutrium crap, but it was not a clean feeling. It did not rinse clean like some other body washes do. Some might think it is an added moisturizer, yet I am extremely itchy from dry skin--more than usual after a shower. It has been perhaps a half hour since I took a shower and my skin is very dry and feels rather hot. My skin is always very dry in winter, but this body wash seemed to really dry it out.
Then there is the smell. Before buying this in the store I opened it to smell it. I thought the smell was nice, but now I am feeling sick in the stomach because the smells is FAR too strong! I will have to take ANOTHER shower to get rid of the smell, which is just going to dry out my skin even more. This is the first and LAST Olay product I will ever use!came fast and a good price. Love the smell and the feeling of the body was. Box was not to big and was packed great.I've been using Olay body wash for many years and am always interested in trying new lines of products. Before this product (also purchased Silk Whimsy), I used Olay Body Wash Plus (Creme Ribbons, Butter Ribbons and etc) for some years. While Creme Ribbons Body Wash would let you feel deeply moisturized after each shower, I still had to use body lotion during winter seasons. When I first used this product last Dec, I immediately noticed its lack of rich moisturizing touch that Creme Ribbons provides, and was worried that if I had to apply extra body lotion this winter. Now, I've used this product for several months, the good news is, I didn't use additional body lotion and my skin didn't feel dry. While I still love Creme Ribbons Body Wash, I really like this product too: it cleans well and it still moisturizes; with very little build-up in the shower (contrast to Creme Ribbons); and, to me, the scent is very subtle and pleasant.
