Ever since I discovered them, my nightly routine has consisted of washing my face with face wash (will also use it in the shower) and then applying tea tree oil to my face and neck, the areas where my acne was the worse (100% Australian Tea Tree Oil + FREE Blemish Roll-on Stick with Tea Tree Oil).
I have been doing this for the past six months off and on and have had little to no break outs and even when I do have a break out it is no where near as bad as it use to be. I also recommend the blemish stick by desert essence, its perfect for spot treating stubborn pimples. All in all, a great company and great products! I love this product! I've been using it for over seven years now. I have oily skin and, back in my twenties, horrible adult acne. I cured my acne within a couple of months of starting this product. Even now, if I skip a day or use something else, I'll get a breakout. The 32 oz refill size is the best buy. I fill a little squeeze bottle halfway and top off the bottle with water (50:50 dilution). To use, I sprinkle a little on a warm, wet washcloth and scrub gently. (I've found that scrubbing too hard or using the product more than once a day makes my face raw, although I'll occasionally use it twice in one day if my face is especially oily, sweaty, or dirty.) I've also successfully used it to treat my blepharitis (oily eyelid condition) and prevent the styes arising from blepharitis by very carefully rubbing the suds on my eyelids and along the margin of my eyelashes with my fingertips. NOTE: This product burns if it gets in the eyes! It also tends to dry the skin around the eyes -I dilute very well, use it sparingly, and don't use it more than once a day. DISCLAIMER: I mentioned some medical conditions in this review. I'm not a doctor. I'm just a consumer who is describing her experiences with this product. Of course, use common sense and see your doctor first if you have any skin or eyelid condition for which you want to use this product.

I like this cleanserIt does burn your eyes, which is strange because it's natural, but I think it's the tea tree oil.
The smell is rather strongbut I don't even notice it anymore.
This cleanser cleanses very well (makeup came off beautifully, even eye makeup) and it doesn't leave my skin feeling too tight!
Nor does it make my skin too red, which is the problem I have with most cleansers.
My face has cleared up tremendously while using this cleanser and Alpha Hydrox AHA Lotion.
TIP:
Use a foam pump! This cleanser is made to be used in a foam pump, that's why it's so watery. I bought a foam pump that contains dial soap for $1.77 at my walmart, and emptied the soap out, rinsed the container, and added this face wash. It works beautifully!
Whomever said in their review that coconut oil is bad for your skin must be mistaken, because everything I've read says it's a great oil for skin because of it's lauric acid and natural antimicrobial properties.
I recommend you try this cleanser! The price is great and I truly love the natural ingredients over any store brand I have tried.

I receive many compliments on my skin/complexion. I used to get breakouts all the time, but since I dropped using the alcohol-based SeaBreeze and started using a tea tree oil based cleanser, my skin cleared up and pretty much stays that way 24/7! I can't recommend this product highly enough. It works great for adults, and probably for teens as well (although I didn't start using this until I was in my thirties). I normally buy it from my local grocery coop store, but I wanted to leave a review for Amazon shoppers, so they will know this is a great product to take a chance on, even if you can't find it locally. Go ahead and order some!Want Desert Essence - Thoroughly Clean Face Wash, 32 fl oz Discount?
