This shampoo does what it says it will it makes your hair look and feel much fuller. Your hair is shiny and lusterous and healthy-looking. We were using a product that cost twice as much and the results weren't nearly as good. You get a lot of bang for the buck with this shampoo!
I bought this shampoo at the recommendation of a company representative. I had previously purchased "Avalon Organics Shampoo, Biotin B-Complex, Thickening, 14-Ounces (Pack of 3)" and was thrilled with it. When I needed more I readily purchased another 3-pack. Sadly, however, they reformulated that shampoo and the reformulation is horrible. I could not even finish one bottle because of the way it made my hair feel. When I called the company to inquire about this I was told I might want to try their "Jason Thin to Thick..." I purchased a 2-pack only to find the bottles are only 8 oz instead of 16 oz for the Biotin B-Complex, so this shampoo is twice as expensive. It is also not as good as the Biotin original formula. This is my last bad experience with this company.
