I LOVE Khiels ultra facial cleanser. I recently went from very oily skin that was acne prone to very sensitive skinwith allergies to such ridiculous items as mineral based makeuplike the entire line of Bare Escentuals (rather pathetic that I turn out to be allergic to one of the most natural, basic, and non-abrassive makeups!)and Olay's cleansers, scrubs, and moisturizers. Yet, despite the sensitivity that resulted in rather dry skin, I still had breakouts. Khiels manages to be mild enough for my sensitive skin, keeps the oily areas dry, and has left me almost entirely acne free since I started using it. Most products for sensitive skin tend to be either too mild or too moisturizing to combat acnenot this one! Plus, you use so little each time that the bottle lasts forever.

I have very sensitive skin and often when I try a new product I get some sort of allergic reaction, I get red little dots all over my face, but I am not sure what it is I am allergic to. So I've been looking for a new facial cleanser with as little chemicals in it as possible, just a simple facial cleanser. This was the first time I tried Kiehl's products after several other brands that didn't work with my skin. I really think that this cleanser is good, it really does what it's supposed to without drying out the skin. It doesn't smell anything either, which I think is a plus. I have been using it for two weeks now, without any signs of allergy! My skin feels clean and smooth.

I've found Kiehl's Ultra Facial Cleanser to be one of the best on the market. It's gentle and highly effective at removing makeup, including mascara and eyeliner! My face feels soft and moist, not dry and tight, no irritation, after using this cleanser. I only use a little bit, just barely enough to cover a fingertip, and that's enough to clean my entire face. It washes off easily too, and doesn't feel greasy. Great product!

This is marketed as a gentle yet effective cleanser that removes all dirt, oil and makeup but does not strip skin. I agree that it does what it says. It does not overpromise like so many other products, which is refreshing. I have mildly sensitve skin and I wear eye makeup every day. It's challenging to find a cleanser that can easily remove all my eye makeup without having to rub too much or use another separate eye makeup remover to finish the job. It is light, relatively fragrance free and I agree that it does not strip my skin, but leaves it soft. I am happy with the performance of this product!
