I received the Clarisonic Mia as a Christmas gift and it's perfect for a lazy girl like me, I mean, who wants to sit and scrub their makeup off? That's a lot of work with the amount of makeup I use! After a few weeks of using it, my sisters were complimenting me and asking me what I'd been using on my face. I normally have massive pores and this helped minimize them, probably cuz they're finally getting cleaned properly!I was totally bummed when a couple of months into using it, it just completely died. I plugged it into the charger and it buzzed every couple of seconds, but it wouldn't power up. I was panicked. It was a Christmas gift, I didn't have a receipt or anything. All the packaging got thrown into the trash!
I called Clarisonic's customer service and although I was on hold for 5 minutes waiting to speak to someone, when I did get a real live person she was professional and friendly and took care of everything. Said they were going to send me a replacement along with a return label for the defective. "That's it!?" I asked the rep in disbelief. No runaround? No, "did you register your warranty"? No nonsense? Yay! I love you guys!
I received my replacement in 3 days with a note from the CEO apologizing for my inconvenience. They even sent me a replacement brush head "for my trouble". Now that's how you do customer service. Thanks y'all!
