I used to break out all the time. I tried all sorts of over the counter acne medicines, but none seemed to work. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on products like Proactiv, so I asked around. A friend told me that she used this product, and soon after my brother told me that he too used the product and paired it with Stridex face pads to get rid of dirt at the beginning and end of every day. It really does work. My face did in fact being to look visibly clearer within 3 days as it claims. I recently ran out and went a few weeks without buying a new tube and my skin started flaring up. I bought some more and sure enough, my skin is recovering quickly.

I love it. It doesn't smell bad, doesn't feel gross, doesn't scrub on your skin and it actually works.

I would and have recommended it to anyone.

First, I read a lot of positive reviews about Murad and thought I'd give it a try. It left my skin very sticky/itchy, but I endured. I gave it a chance, trying to let my face "adapt" to the treatment, but it proved ineffective after 6 months. It costs a lot, but doesn't work for me.

I switched to a pure Clearasil solution, using 3 items:

Clearasil Ultra Daily Face Wash with 2% salicylic acid

Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Pads with 2% salicylic acid

Clearasil Daily Clear Acne Treatment Cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide

My face totally cleared up, using the 3 items in the morning and before bed. I sometimes skip before bed, and still have great results. I think the benzoyl peroxide was the silver bullet.

Clearasil Ultra Daily Face wash is a pretty good product that does the job, for the most part. I've been using this stuff since 2005. Compared to other brands I've tried, this stuff is superior. I have yet to find a face wash that's really REALLY good, but this one is close to being really good. This product won't cause excessive flakiness on your skin after your face is dry.

If you eat a lot of foods that cause acne, then this product will help keep your face clear. Don't let anybody tell you that greasy and/or fried foods and chocolate don't cause zits. They DO. Don't waste your money on expensive stuff like ProActiv, etc. Clearasil Ultra gives you the same results at a fraction of the price and with a fraction of the hassle.
