method Hand Wash

Hand Wash Green Tea & Aloe 12 OuncesWhen I tried this hand wash I thought it would be a blessing for my dish-worn hands. I'm constantly plunging them into hot soapy water and have tried numerous products to counteract the drying effects of detergents. I'm sad to say that after a couple of uses my hands were worse off than if I had washed them with lye soap! I cannot use this and avoid it like the plaque. I don't know what they put in this stuff that would cause the horrific dryness, redness, and itching. My hands were literally on fire! I guess it was some sort of allergic reaction. I quickly stopped use of this product and the symptoms went along with it. I'd steer clear of this if you have sensitive skin and try Dove or Soft Soap. If I could give no stars I would. You'd think they could come up with a hand wash that doesn't strip the skin!

I experienced this hand soap at my sister's house in New York. The local stores in my area carry Method products, but don't carry the lavender fr some reason... and it is one of my all time favorites. Lavender is one of the most useful aromatherapy essences, and while this is not an essential oil, it emits a wonderful scent, and does a good job of cleaning my hands. I bought a single bottle, which was a bit pricey, to make sure I would like it. Next time, though, I'll order multiple items to save. I recommend it!

Great quality product that comes in a nice looking bottle and the scent is vert nice, not overpowering. Hands feel clean after using the soap. I have it in my bathroom and kitchens.

I find this product to be so very drying, can't figure that out. It smells nice I'm familiar with the healing properties of Aloe and yet this is not a god item for me. Since beginning useage I have had drier, tighter hands = yes I wash my hands a lot, but this is ridiculous. I prefer the clear rain.

Who thought you could get excited over a hand soap? But this smells divine. It's also very easy to wash off (not sticky), which is a sign of a good soap. But mostly, the smell makes me want to wash my hands a lot more, a good thing during flu season. It smells like a spa. It's not a sweet flowery smell, it just smells fresh and lovely.
