I am totally disappointed in this whole experience. Purchased right at New Years, but company still had a day to get items out before holidays. I wrote them an email asking for prompt service, as I was out of what I normally use.Not only did they not get the items in the mail that day, it took 2 weeks and an email from me to get what I ordered. This shampoo must contain sulfates as it lathered more than normal shampoo. I am used to WEN, so this was quite a disappointment. The conditioner was pretty good, but if you are used to WEN or like..DON'T PURCHASE THIS SHAMPOO !!
