I also was introduced to this product on a Holland America cruise. It took quite a few weeks to locate the product on Amazon (not available in the shop on the ship). It smells so wonderful; it is fresh and slightly herbal. Not at all flowery or perfumed, just clean. I bought several bottles because I could not imagine being without it. Hair is always amazingly bright and shiny but not over conditioned, just clean!

I used this shampoo product while I stayed at a Hotel Intercontinental and now am hooked. It works so well for my hair and despite it starting to thin, this shampoo does make it feel and look fuller. A bit pricey compared to what I'm used to using (American Crew) but well worth it.

I was surprised by how much I liked this in a hotel in the UK...and I really wanted to use it again so I bought it on here. I don't think you can really buy it anywhere else. It smells good and leaves hair pretty soft. It can leave my hair a bit oily at times, though. I don't think my hair comes out good when I use conditioner after this there's too much residual moisture left in the hair to style right (just comes out flat and dull over conditioned). This is very good in the winter when humidity is low or when my hair tends to feel more dried out.

I think the packaging needs improvement. It came with a big dent & this dent just keeps getting worse as I use more shampoo. The plastic is very thin. The plastic on other shampoo bottles I have is 2-3x as thick. Plus, the pump requires 10 pumps for 1 head of hair... it's not designed right or something. I'm surprised they got the shampoo formula so perfect when the packaging is such a mess.
