This along with the 10% AHA wash were the first AHA products I ever tried, and I'm glad I started out with a gentle formulation. Both products started off slightly burning my skin which made my flaky in some areas (like around my mouth). Then my skin got used to it. This product ended up being too weak to make a noticeable difference in my acne prone skin. I'm not sure what the percentage of lactic acid is, but a 10% lactic acid night cream has been a better product for me. I still use this on a popped pimple to dry them out right away. I love that this has simple, natural ingredients but wish it came in varying strengths.

This is a great product, natural but yet powerful. Too strong for me to use daily, i use it once a week. Good to find products that do not have all the chemicals in them but are also effective and on top of that at a great price.
