The soap is very emollient and lathers well on a nylon-mesh scrubby. My mother first bought Vitabath in the sixties the scent takes me back.

Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice hard milled soap. But if you are expecting the same burst of aroma as the gel Vitabath you will be disappointed.
