I bought some of these for my son to use on his shoulders for breakouts and they are working really well. They don't irritate his skin and pimples are disappearing. As for the smell, I think these facial cleansing pads smell pretty nice.

The pads were effective at removing making, dirt, and general build-up. If you are just buying them to remove and cleanse on a basic level, I recommend them.

However, they did not deep clean as I would have expected. I've purchased similar products, including other Clearasil items, and they seem to have a more exfoliating aspect to them .
