Skinceuticals Foaming Cleanser, 5-Ounce

I've tried many different cleansers and am most impressed with this one. It leaves my face feeling refreshed.

Pros: Gentle cleanser. Doesn't leave skin dry or irritated.

Skinceuticals CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE. I had this product lying around for a while, so I called them trying to find the manufacture date with the lot number. It had been 3 years since production, so I asked if they can advise me as to whether the product can still be used. (Just a recommendation, mind you, not an expiration date.) They gave no recommendation. I found this unacceptable and said I would write negative reviews. At this point the customer rep decided to finally reveal that Skinceuticals recommends that the product be used within 2 years.

Really? In this day and age, I have to threaten them with writing bad reviews for them to give a straightforward answer???

This is my favorite face cleanser and almost evertime I go to purchase at my local spa they have sold out. I love that I can order this on Amazon and have it delivered to my front door. Great service and great product!

I've tried a few different cleansers over the years and this one is the best I have found. Leaves the skin feeling clean and fresh, foaming action gives a feeling of substance, great product.

I bought this because it said it removes make-up and it does not. It requires two three pumps of product to feel like my face is clean and even then it isn't. I always use a toner after washing my face and have never had so much make-up left on the cotton ball after using the toner. I recommend using Skinceuticals Simply Clean and Equalizing Toner.
