Only face cleaner I will use. Doesn't dry my face out. It is well worth the cost, you only need a very very small amount so it lasts a year or more.

This is the finest cleansing product I know of for my tired old skin. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with dry skin. It rlly works!

Normally, a creamy cleanser tends to be too creamy and doesn't give you a feeling a cleaning. But this one becomes nicely foamy once you rub it w/ your wet hands and cleans very well. After cleaning, my face doesn't feel dried out. Then I will follow up w/ Shiseido Benefiance Balancing softener before moisturizing.

I have tried other cleansers from Shiseido, DHC, PCA and other brands, this particular one remains my favorite.

I spend my money very carefully and this is a relatively expensive product for me. However, I love it and have been buying it for literally decades. I like it because it feels good, smells good, and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It removes sunscreen and makeup well. This, along with Shiseido's lip sunscreen, are two of my skin care staples. I use Alpha Hydrox (cheap but effective) and Obagi's trentinoin cream (from Amazon when available) and my 51 year old skin looks fantastic.
