I am the oldest I have ever been and my skin is becoming more sensitive, dry, and delicate so I needed to re-investigate what works best for my skin now. It is a good idea to research periodically any way as technological advances are making better products available all the time and this is one of those products. Metabolic Maintenance Naturally Clear Cleansing Foam 8 oz is the best cleanser I can find for my skin that cleans without drying out my skin and it is oil free, soap free, hypoallergenic... all natural!

My second favorite cleanser is much more economical though not as moisturizing; it is Trader Joe's Nourish All-In-One Facial Cleanser which currently is not available on Amazon website. It uses the same mild natural surfactant but has antioxidants instead of moisturizers:

I really like Sodium cocoyl glutamate as a cleanser (Surfactant). It is a little pricier but worth it as it is so much more effective at cleansing without drying. I like the Naturally Clear for every day cleansing and reserve the Trader Joe's for days I am less dry or those areas that can sometimes be a little oily. I prefer the Naturally Clear pump as it aerates the cleanser into a foam whereas the TJ's pump just pumps a little cleanser gel into your hand similar to regular soap dispenser pumps. I like to use the Naturally Clear Cleansing Foam to get a nice clean moisturized scalp with soft clean hair. I like to have it at all my sinks so that I never have to use overly drying soap on my hands and dry out my cuticles. I am really thrilled I found Metabolic Maintenance Naturally Clear Cleansing Foam 8 oz!
