This scrub is absolutely fantastic.

When I bought it, I came on amazon to read the reviews before opening it. I ALMOST returned it to the store, because of the reviews people said it is oily, waxy or whatever. I decided to try it anyway and see how it would go (i HATE oily stuff).

It does not feel oily! The difference I noticed from my old exfoliator (RoC) was that, instead of leaving it tight and super dry after exfoliating, it leaves my skin unbelievably smooth, like it doesn't need to make it rough dry to work, it leaves the skin perfectly balanced. It smells sooo good AND ITS 100% NATURAL! it doesn't get any better than this. (I have combination skin, it goes from extremely oily to extremely dry phases, and my t-zone peels all the time yuck)

All I can say is "wow". I have spent so much money over the years trying to find something that would help my skin. I am 29 with fair, sensitive, dry skin that is very prone to breakouts. I have only been using this stuff for a week but it is amazing. When I look in the mirror I see myself and not a bunch of pimples or scars from prior pimples. The package looks normal.The scrub looks normal. I guess less is more. I so so floored that something that is so inexpensive works so well! Maybe it only works well for my situation. I am not sure. Years ago I noticed that men almost always look younger than women of the same age. I finally figured out that they exfoliate naturally by shaving every day. This product is just wonderful! I am a 25 year old female with very sensitive, dry skin that suffers from occasional acne, sometimes cystic. this stuff is fantastic, and let me start off by saying I'm a man. I bought some EO lavender bubble bath for a sexy date night for my gf at the time (fiance now). So relaxing! Close the door, dim the light, pop a bottle of bubbly and let the magic unfold. Fast forward about a year or 2. I was shopping at Marshals home store and I saw a 32 oz bottle for around 14-17 bucks. I bought both the lavender and mint/rosemary version of the product. Both were great. Only problem is my fiance kept using, ie stealing the lavender :)

Low and behold I was out before I knew it. I swear I search Marshals for the next 2 months and no avail. I missed my shampoo. Now let me state right here and now, I was that guy who just bought whatever was on sale at the grocery....but this stuff, its great. Hair felt amazing, and my significant other loved the way it smelled, it was a win win. I searched the internet far and wide or another deal, but nothing. I mean I found it, but it was an arm and a leg. So I finally gave in and bought this 3 bottle deal with amazon and saved another 15% by signing up for their subscription service. Bottom line, buy this stuff, your hair will thank you and your significant other will love the smell, assuming she likes the lavender scent. The mint and rosemary was great too, and I would have bought that again but it was a bit pricier so I just went with this. Buy it, treat yourself.

Oh and on a side note, I have a ever so slowly receding hairline, and I'm not making scientific claims here but I felt like this might have slowed the process. Noticed lots less hair in my hands after lathering in there. Again, maybe this is all in my head, but I'm sold on it.

I bought the shampoo and conditioner for one reason only the intoxicating, lovely scent of lavender! I have long, thick, curly hair and the shampoo created a pretty good lather, but it left my hair feeling stripped and dry. The conditioner didn't feel very moisturizing. I kept putting more and more on, but it felt like there was nothing on my hair. When I rinsed it out, my hair didn't feel soft; it felt like it had a coating on it, but was still pretty dry. After I got out of the shower, I shook my head back and forth and couldn't even smell the lavender at all.

I will be returning both the shampoo and conditioner to Whole Foods, where I bought them.

PS The lavender coconut hair styling cream works great, but you can't smell the lavender once it's in your hair, which is why I bought it.

I bought this shampoo, and the conditioner that goes with it, because lavender is a favourite fragrance. The shampoo is a fraction more drying than I'd like, and the conditioner (which I admit I don't leave in) is a little bit less effective than I'd like. And the fragrance, which is wonderful on application, doesn't last. Having said all of which I still like the product because my hair and scalp feel clean and fresh, and I don't get the claggy, heavy kind of feeling that some conditioners leave one with.

I bought this at Target about a month ago. It comes with cleansing pads. I found the pads were a little irritating to my skin, so, I had some facial buff sponges from Studio Tools that I bought at Target (priced under $2.00 for 12 count)and they stick to the disk also and work great. Plus, you can use your own soaps and cleansers with these sponges. So, if you have this product and can't find the cleansing pads, just use the ones that I buy at Target that way you're money won't go to waste and you'll still be able to use the product! Also a good product to use to exfoliate your skin when you want to self tan or just before you shave to exfoliate the dead skin.

I have been using this item for about a year. Considering the price I paid back then (about $13 dollars), I think this does a pretty decent job when it comes to topical cleansing. I use it once or twice a day on my face and neck. The texture of my skin has improved. I cleans gently and removes dirt and make-up, as well as removing dead skin cells. The difference between a soap and water cleansing and the Wave used in combination with the cleansing pads is fairly dramatic. My skin seems more elastic and is audibly squeaky clean. Skin creams absorb quicker. My completion seems brighter. The Wave requires batteries, but they have only had to be replaced 3 times over the past year.

I have sensitive skin but have not had any negative reaction to the cleaning pads.

I just purchased a Clarisonic cleanser for almost ten times what this cost. The Clarisonic does an excellent job, doesn't require batteries, and can be used in water. It is more versatile and doesn't involve the additional cost of the cleansing pads but it does require the replacement of its brush pads every 3-4 months. The price between the pads and the brush head is a virtual wash. While the Clarisonic is probably more thorough, the Wave is a great alternatve if you don't want to spend a lot of money. The Wave is small and compact and is great to take along when you travel.

I have tried a lot of products. I suffer from odd bumps on my hose and cheeks (supposedly Rosacea bumps yet I have no redness), hormonal pimples, dry skin, and big pores. I have used proactive and murad and countless other brand products. I noticed a my skin was visibly cleaner after just ONE use. I had a pimple on my chin (one of those painful ones under the skin) and two by my mouth along with the bumps on my nose. After 2 uses the pimples were starting to disappear and after one week they were gone and so were the bumps and dry skin!!

I use, along with this wonderful product, sea buckthorn toner (good for rosacea/dry skin) and Vaseline daily skin shield (with green tea and spf 15).

Cons: Really the only con I have is that it didn't tell me which side of the pad went up. I assumed it didn't matter but it didn't seem to foam up as well as in the commercial. With some warm water and a circular motion it worked great!

I saw this thing at Target and decided to try it out for 10 bucks.

I use Sonicare for my teeth and have seen how well that works, so I figured why not for your face. First time: I was really impressed how smooth and clean my face felt and the glow I saw. Clarisonic Mia Sonic Skin Cleansing System-Graphite Grey

The first time I used this product and then worked out it felt like my face was on fire. My pores were so clean the sweat must have been burning. When I went for a facial the girl held up the blue light to see how congested my pores were (wanted to sell her product) and was very surprised at how clean my pores were. Didn't even try to sell me product. Also, when I hold it over my sinus I feel it drain slightly. I even ordered one for my teenage son to use for acne. If he uses it with salidyc acid I can tell a difference immediately. If he used it every day I am sure he would have no acne, but he is a teen and doesn't always do what he should. With such clean skin, I would guess if you used product afterward that it would be able to penetrate better and therefore work better. Clarasonic also had the best customer service I ever have experienced. Mine stopped working and they sent a replacement out that day, trusting me to ship back the one that didn't work.

I honestly can't believe the Clarisonic Mia. It's so helpful cleaning my face, I can't imagine living without it. I have acne, and even though it hasn't completely rid me of it, now my skin feels so clean and I have many fewer blemishes than before.

PROS:

-It gets everything out, and I mean everything. My face has never felt to clean. It can breathe again!

-The price seems steep, but once you get it, you realize this is quality built and uses the most advanced sonic technology on the market. Period.

-You can take it in the shower or bath because it is waterproof/

-It uses the same sonic cleansing power as a Oral B or Sonicare Electric toothbrush. Yes, it's like a soft toothbrush for your face.

-if you have oily skin, this will reduce your overall oil situation, but not so much that it dries you out.

CONS:

-It takes around 14 hours to fully charge from 0 with the magnetic charger

-You might want to use a cleaner such as hydrogen peroxide on it once a week to ensure no bacteria grows on it (this won't happen as long as you dry it with a towel, but just incase)

As you can see, the pros outweighed the cons quite considerably. To be honest, there really aren't any issues with this device at all. It's like brushing your teeth, you have to do it so they stay healthy. It's the same with your skin. I really love this purchase and might even pay $200 for it, it helps that much. Overall I would recommend this to anyone, regardless of age, skin condition or skin type. I would also recommend this model instead of spending the extra $30 on the Mia 2, which I see is not worth more money.

I was so looking forward to this product. I use to have thick hair until my hair started to fall out in chunks. Since Procter & Gamble moved production to Mexico, the product doesn't seem to be nearly as good as it used to be. The Scalp Therapy used to really tingle on my scalp and now it doesn't do anything other than just sit there. I have very oily strawberry blonde hair at the age of 22. I've had very oily hair since puberty.This didn't do what I hoped for removing the excess oils. Also didn't make my hair impressively soft, shinny, lightweight or anything else enough that would qualify it as a "keeper" for me. I will not be purchasing it a second time. The best one I have found that actually removes the oils from my hair is "BIG" from Lush organics and is so far still my favorite shampoo of choice, but since its expensive I will continue to look for a cheaper alternative. This wasn't it. I still gave it some stars because its not a *bad* shampoo and it didn't harm my hair in any way. Just the results were sub-par.

Great product. A few shakes into your hand, rub together and apply to face and neck. Like magic skin tightens and hairs poke with out. Ingrown hair and razor burn disappeared in a week of use. Highly recommend and wish I had found this stuff years ago.

This is the best pre-electric lotion I have found. If you shave with an electric razor, you need something to set up your bears. This solution does the trick, plus has some oil added to smooth out the razor blades. A single bottle will last me 3 months or more. While it carries the impressive name of Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv formula, this cleanser doesn't quite live up to its name. It doesn't cleanse very well. Yes, the product is silky, creamy, and smells lightly good, but it doesn't remove makeup very well, even light makeup such as the face powder I wear. I can't imagine it removing cream makeup or mascara.

I've had to go over my face again with a pad soaked in a water cleanser such as Clarins Water Purity One Step Cleanser, or Lancome's Eau Fraiche Douceur, or Caudalie's Cleansing Water all of which I recommend in that order.

However, for heavy makeup remover you'll be needing something soapy. Try Philosophy's Purity facial cleanser or Lancome's Clarifiance Oil Free Gel Cleanser; both of which will suds all traces of makeup and dirt away, leaving no need for a second cleanser you're all set for toner.

Don't confuse the lack of Re-Nutriv Cleanser's ability with the rest of the product line; the day cream, eye cream, serum, and night cream all work fantastically, and have been called "Face Lift In A Bottle". Buy all Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv products but select a different cleanser.

After a solid year of trial and error I finally have a solution for my acne. I've been going to the dermatologist for the past 14 months and by now you would have thought I'd be 100% acne free. This is one of the only beauty products I've ever found that ACTUALLY DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO. It removes oil and blackheads like nothing else, and HOLY COW, IT ACTUALLY DOES SHRINK HUGE PORES!

Of course the effect is not permanent -I've found that it lasts for about six to eight hours. I can extend the shrunken-pore look by a few hours by frequently blotting my face with blotting papers.

My skin is extremely oily -you don't even want to know how oily. As a result, I've always had acne that is impossible to control. I'm 30 now, and have struggled badly with acne since my early teens. This product has significantly improved my acne situation, primarily by helping to extract blackheads -it never quite gets all of them, but it definitely removes a significant amount. The rest I am able to get out by manually extracting them. Plus, the way it sucks up oil -oh my gosh, it's amazing.

I use it three or four times per week, but in the past during really bad skin times I've used it as often as twice per day. It is a great product. I use it along with daily niacin and zinc supplements, Cetaphil cleanser, and daily use of a 10% glycolic acid lotion to finally, finally achieve great, healthy, ALMOST-clear skin. I just tried this Mint Julep Masque for the first time.

It stung just the slightest bit going on, but that was actually reassuring to me, in that I felt that there must be something to the product :)

The scent was refreshing. The color is a palish green, and the texture is like a very thick cream or paste.

The packaging said to "apply generously" and then wait 15 minutes. I applied an opaque layer over my face, but it took at least 30 minutes before it was really dry.

When I washed the masque off, the pores on my nose were practically gone. Which was amazing! I was very pleased with this product for that reason alone. Immediate visible improvement.

The product didn't feel too drying. I'm guessing I'll get 6-7 applications out of one tube. I would definitely purchase this product again.

update: I'll probably get 9-10 applications from one tube. It's more than I thought! Also, I've been using almost every day, and the improvement in my complexion is very noticeable! It's not just my pores. My entire face is evened out and brighter. Amazing that an inexpensive product can do this! I generally use high end products. But this is a keeper despite its low price.

I am 21 and male and never have been a fan of acne "curing" products, facial scrubs, etc... Additionally, there was no way that I was going to use a mask... I always thought it was a girl thing. Well, I was wrong. Recently my girlfriend had me try a mask that came with proactive and it seemed do help with my pimples a little bit. So, out of curiosity one day I picked up this Mint Julep mask because it has mostly natural products rather than all the drying agents most acne products use like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. I also used a product called Principal Secret: blemish buster solution which contains sulfur which is excellent at getting rid of zits. Unfortunately this spot treatment of sulfur is almost 30 dollars for a .5oz bottle. To my surprise, the mint julep mask contains sulfur and can be used as a spot treatment as well. I use the mask once a week, and wash my face once everyday with St. Ives apricot scrub (without salicylic acid) and have seen amazing results. I have had really great results with this mask and my zits have disappeared completely. Every once and a while I will have one start to pop up, but I use the apricot scrub to open the pores then follow with a dab of this (leave on overnight) and do my weekly one application per week routine and the result is great. My girlfriend no longer gives me a hard time about zits, and I am more confident because I have a clean professional looking face. I highly recommend this product.

This is a dandy bath and shower gel that has a wonderful rose scent that makes my bathroom and me smell like a garden. It is gentle and cleansing, with being rough on my skin. A little pump goes a long way. It produces a wonderful lather that is not only pleasantly scented, but relaxing as well.

I but this size because it is a really good value and it lasts a long time.

When I use this gel, my bathroom smells just like a rose garden in full bloom. The gel is gentle on the skin and so marvelously fragrant of roses. Unfortunately, Crabtree and Evelyn has changed their formulas and the new gel doesn't smell good to me and makes me allergic. I hope I will still be able to get this classic Rosewater formula since it's the best.
