i love this product and have purchased it before but did not like the old "delivery system." the old plastic bottle had a 4" long neck making it quite a struggle to get the shampoo out after the first few times i used it.

i bought this shampoo again because the bottle depicted said, and shows in the photograph, NEW PACKAGING!!!

the shampoo bottle in the photograph, without the elongated neck, is not the one product i received. I received the old, long-necked

bottle. still like the product but very disappointed in the result of my order.
