My family has relied on Cuticura blue soap for generations. It is an anti-bacterial bar that does not dry our skin but does help control occasional acne and oiliness. For many years, we could obtain it at local pharmacies. However, as Walgreen, Rite Aid, CVS and Wal-Mart have driven the family owned drug stores out of business, they have similarly reduced the number of soap options available to consumers. While we have no complaint with the Olay, Dove, etc., we do not like the eliminations of trusted brands.

I have had skin allergies all my life so I'm sensitive to most soap. I also now have rosacea, occasional acne, and extremely dry skin in the winter. This soap is one of the few that doesn't irritate or dry my skin.
