It does what it supposed to do and more specially if used with other Dermalogica Age smart solutions (7 Day kit). Yes, slowly it does exfoliate and cleans debris (Patience my friends). If used with the 7 day kit, you will see the effect in like a week or two. I have super sensitive skin, every now and then I get red spot or spots but they go away in few mins. I use it twice a day, with other Age smart products of (of course) Dermalogica, and it does wonders in cleaning my skin and feels tighter. I am loving my smart skin as I age :-) Yes, I do recommend it.
