Nano Ion Facial Steamer NEW SPA

I purchased steamer works well however the button malfunctioned 2x. I would prefer same time of steamer however with a different type of on /off button. The first time I had to return it, luckily it was under the warranty so company fixed and returned steamer. Now 5 months later the button doesn't work again. It was gently used both times.

I have spent thousands on Amazon and never wrote a review. I am no writing so much about the product as I am about the company that I made the purchase from. I was impressed with their customer service and how quickly they responded to me. I would buy from new skin again but not purchase this model.

My skin has never looked so good but the on off button quite working after 8 months. The company has been quick to respond and send me a new one.
