Since Procter & Gamble moved production to Mexico, the product doesn't seem to be nearly as good as it used to be. The Scalp Therapy used to really tingle on my scalp and now it doesn't do anything other than just sit there. Apparently, they closed down the U.S. manufacturing plant and started producing Nioxin in Mexico. It appears to me they may have also changed the formula. Either way, I don't perceive the same thickening effect it used to have. This is unfortunate because I used to really love this product line.

I am noticing new hair growth and less scalp irritation from the cleanliness of this product versus Biolage/Matrix shampoos. It also helped to get a filtered shower head too.

The system does help reduce loss of hair. I would give the product five stars, the three star is for the misleading advertisement, the cleanser is 150 ml rather than 300 ml, the same volume as the scalp treatment.

My husband just bought this and was surprised to find out that the cleaner is actually 150mL although Amazon's description says it is 300mL. Amazon needs to correct the description.

He hasn't started using it. Hopefully it works for him. Will update later.
