I have periodic flareups of severe hand eczema and have tried every lotion made (ok, not every one made, but ALOT of them, including steriod pescriptions) trying to calm the itching cracking and blistering. I used this product like lotion, applying it every couple of hours for about a week and brought a two month flare up under control. Give it a try. FYI, the lotion version on it's own was not effective.
