Ths is very soothing to the delicate skin around my eyes. It brightens & firms the eye area ithout being greasy or irritating. I often apply i after a restless night to releive the morning puffy eyes.
This product leaves anice cool feeling when applied around the eyes, followed by a slight tightening feeling.
