I am a brunette and do not like the hair around my lips, which, while fine and blondish, is noticeable to me. When I saw this, I was excited to try. I don't mind waxing my brows, but just didn't want to wax my lips. This is a two process kit start off by applying the balm to the area you want to depilate. Then apply the cream, wait the required time, then remove with a soft cloth or paper towel. Works perfectly. If you are familiar with Nair or Neet, this doesn't have the obnoxious scent. Very happy with this! This is for facial hair BELOW the eyebrows. If you want a great brow wax kit for at-home waxing, Sally Hansen has kits that work great for brows.

I have fine hairs and some stubborn, coarser hairs on my upper lip & sometimes on my chin. This actually took care of all of them. About 8-10 days later, I have some regrowth, but my hair and nails all grow really fast. I was surprised because products I have used in the past have burned my skin, smelled horrific, and still left the hairs. This one actually did as claimed, no burn, no bad smell, no hairs left behind. Very nice, Olay.

Works great! I have those pesky pop-up coarse hairs on my chin and a few on my upper lip. Most hair removal creams for the face leave me plucking quite a bit. After using this product I had 2 hairs I needed to pluck and they slid right out without resistance which I am attributing to the cream softening the hair. In my experience most hair removal creams have a gross chemical smell and are sometimes scented to try and cover it up which leads to a rotten perfume smell. This product has no obnoxious smell. It is really thick and doesn't drip which I like. I would give it 5 stars but the price is a little steep. The verdict is still out on how long the result lasts but overall I am pleased with the product!

My worst area is chin hair and it comes in in spots with black hairs, very ugly. Normally i use nair or veet or pluck but was trying to find something more gentle.

Ive tried it twice and i get just a few hairs to remove! Such a disapointment.

I have it now, ive sent the money which is another flaw. $20-$25 is A LOT of money for this. Esp when you can get nair or veet for half that and you... i get double the usage! Even if i use it besides my chin!

I wouldnt recommend this product!
