As the many, many, other eyebrow re-growth products that I've tried over the years, this did not completely do it for me.The only difference this one made was the dye included in the product.
Consequently, whatever area that it's applied on, there's an allusion of successful re-growth -when in reality it's just tinted/darken flesh. One can achieve this allusion with an eyebrow pencil and save a lot of money.
