Mario Badescu Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum

I purchased this a few weeks ago and wanted to wait and see what happens before reviewing. Initially I didn't see much of a difference, but after several uses the results are amazing. The serum is very light and I have been following the instructions of putting it on my skin every other night. I exfoliate my skin, use a toner and add the serum after. When the serum has fully absorbed I add my regular moisturizer and leave it on overnight.

I've already noticed that my acne discoloration is fading dramatically. Whatever new acne bumps, cuts or red spots I have on my face become much duller in color after a single use. Before using this product, my acne would take a week+ to fully go away but now they disappear entirely after a few days. This acceleration in healing makes perfect sense, as vitamin C is important in cross-linking collagen during its formation. I've noticed that my skin definitely has a glow that I used to only see in the summer time after spending several days at the beach. I'm 25, so I cannot comment on wrinkles as they are already very minimal. I do have very sensitive skin in general and I have not had an increase in breakouts using this product, which was a very comment occurrence with other products.

Overall, I fully recommend this product and I wish that more people knew about it. Yes, it is slightly more expensive than other vitamin C serums, but the concentration as well as the other ingredients make this worth it. I decided to not go for the higher concentration serums (20%) because I was worried about break outs due to the high amount of ascorbic acid. I absolutely love it and look forward to trying other Mario Badescu products.

I use it every other day and the difference was noticable immediately, especially around my eyes where it's starting to wrinkle. I use a few drops before I sleep and my face looks rejuvenated and radiant in the morning. Totally worth the money.

This serum goes on sort of oily but within minutes the skin absorbs it some night creams are too heavy! This one is feather light and in the morning my skin looks refreshed.

The directions suggest that you use it every other day but I've used it every night of the week without any irritation! I love the results.

I've been a fan of Mario Baddescu products for years. I have never had a bad reaction from any of there products. If in New York treat yourself to one of their facials!

I really thought, based on reviews, that this would be some sort of miracle serum. I haven't seen any noticeable results, except that if I apply the serum my bangs end up greasy and dirty looking. Hate to write a bad review, but I can't say I feel I am getting my moneys worth on this one.
