I was looking for something to assist me cleaning my face after a bad car accident when arm movement is difficult at best. It does an excellent job of this but I've found that even the sensitive brush is s little too much for me to use twice a day. Once a day has been fine and has already improved my face. I do still break out a little and it seems to help this as well. I haven't tried their facial cleansers or the body brush yet but plan to. The only real flaw I could mention is the recharging issue that several have mentioned. You can't just put it into the base correctly, but you have to make sure it's charging by looking at the light. The charging light flashes when charging and is steady when charged. I've had to touch my unit a few times to make sure it's actually charging. Good purchase and it has helped me.
