I tried the new Phisoderm and it made my face peel, which was gruesome. I had to find a new face wash and found this one. Basis is gentle, moisturizing, inexpensive, and has a pleasant fragrance. Used with a Buff Puff, Basis will keep your skin soft, silky, and clean. Plus, I like to squeeze tube.

I have very, very oily skin, and although this product is not specified for oily skin, it is extremely effective for removing excess oil and cleaning out my pores. Other products I've tried specifically formulated for oily skin tend to be overly drying and irritate my skin. This product doesn't irritate my skin at all. It's so gentle, I can't believe it's as effective as it is. It also leaves my skin squeaky clean and petal soft. Plus its full of wonderful botanicals. It's definately one of the best face washes on the market under 10 bucks.

Cleaner Clean Face Wash is the only cleanser I will use. I have sensitive skin and have tried several different cleansers. Either they do not clean my skin sufficiently, or they cause a chemical burn that looks and feels terrible. Basis does a great job of cleaning my oily skin and is extremely gentle. I also appreciate the clean fresh scent. It is not overpowering as so many products are today. It does not interfere with my perfume and I don't walk around smelling the residue on my skin all day either. I guess you can tell I am a picky customer, which should tell you how wonderful the Basis Cleaner Clean Face Wash really is. I used to buy this at Walmart or Target, but in their infinite wisdom they quit carrying it in favor of products that do not work nearly as well. I have been using the Basis Cleaner Clean Face Wash for the past few weeks, once daily at night to rinse off my makeup. It cleans my acne-prone skin without drying it out. It foams well and rinses clean. Breakouts while using this product have been minimal, and I love the fresh, light scent.

H2O Plus Face Oasis Cleansing Water 8oz / 236ml

I have had mixed results with cleansing water and cleansing oil from different lines. Some add too much oil and leave a residue, some make skin too dry, most don't seem to do anything. I have very oily skin and after a long day of work or after a work-out I prefer not to wash my face with soap but I do like to swipe a toner to remove dirt and oil-or use a cleansing water/oil. Out of all the cleansing waters and oils I have tried, H2O Plus Face Oasis Cleansing Water seems to get rid of the "ick" without side affects.

The consistency is very water-like, and slides out of the container quickly. Like many cleansing water products, you still mix it with water to form the lather. Once mixed it makes a slightly thicker product, but it is not the thick lather that you would find with a normal clear face wash. Because the lather is so thin-I find it difficult to work over parts of my face when using the recommended amount. Additionally, I had friction induced irritation in my sensitive areas-(mostly my chin) while I got used to the product.

I have no complaints about the results, although I have sensitive skin that is acne prone-I never broke out when using this product. My skin was never over dry-and it left no residue on my face. However, I don't feel it made a huge difference in my skin either.

My big complaint is with the price, how much product I had to use in order to make the lather and clear my skin, and the delivery system/package. A large bottle is only 8 ounces which usually runs about $22-$24. This would last me about a month with 1-2 uses per day, usually after work or after a workout. H20 Plus has come out with a new delivery system instead of the shake bottle for this product, but I was sent the older bottle which you have to shake in order to get the product out.

I would recommend this product to someone that is dependent upon facial cleansing waters in their skincare routine but has trouble finding one that is not irritating or leaves a residue.

My husband uses this formula from Matrix and just loves it. It makes his thin hair fuller and doesn't make it stick down to his scalp like many others do (he has oily hair). It's just nice for him to be able to get through the day without having to wash his hair twice and this stuff does the trick. I use this in the summer and it really does a nice job getting out the chlorine residue. These are great products and a nice addition to amazon.

I don't know if I like the product or not. It was shipped in a bubble envelope and not a box. The lid broke off in transit and most of the plastic bag that contained the product was filled with shampoo. It's so bad that the plastic bag is also dripping out shampoo.

Curve for Men is a prime example. It's a very nice citrus-spicy scent and you can buy a good sized bottle without hurting your wallet much. The Hair and Body wash is a nice compliment to the cologne and it doesn't smell like they skimped on the scent at all. Well worth the purchase.

I haven't noticed a huge difference in the quality or texture of my skin since using this soap but I don't care because it smells AMAZING. I think I was expecting too much from the soap, like it would make me look like a cream faced beauty. That definitely did not happen, what did happen is I now take slightly longer showers because I sniff my bar of Swedish facial soap and I'm ok with that. It's a little drying but not terribly so, pretty much all cleansers dry my face out a little. The packaging is adorable. I'm buying individual bars as stocking stuffers for my favorite ladies next Christmas and I'm not wrapping the boxes because doing so would take away from how cute they are.

Bottom line: It's not a miracle product (are there any?) but it gets the job done as far as cleansing and makeup removal is concerned without being overly drying. What you're paying for is a great smell and great packaging.

I have Rosacea, so I use a couple of Dermalogica's Ultra Calming products. The mist is particularly nice on hot summer days when that spritz just cools me off a bit and cools down the redness of my skin as well. I love it!

I have bad acne and suffer from eczema. Ever since I started to treat my skin sensitivity rather than the acne, my skin has been flawless and I can contribute this all to my daily regimen with Dermalogica. Sadly disappointed. The UltraCalming Mist is Dermalogica's weak replacement for the Soothing Protection Spray. I don't like it. The problem is the two products are nothing alike. To call it a replacement is plain wrong. Not only does it not hydrate my face it dry's it out just like every other product I used prior to finding the Soothing Protection Spay! Yes, the old product had an oily residue which I found locked in the moisture while locking out the pollutants that irritated my skin. To add insult to injury UltraCalming Mist is only 6oz! That's two oz shorter than the Soothing Protection Spray it replaced but at the same price! Way to stick to your customers Dermalogica.

My skin gets too dry... After using various moisturizing soaps and cleansers without much success, I turned to this product. Although it's an expensive product, it works (and the only product I'm happy with so far). I just apply the cleanser and tissue off. You can rinse it off, too. It doesn't have strong smell and it feels gentle. Not too shiny on the face unlike some other heavily oily products.

I switched over to Estee Lauder about a year ago and have never gone back. I just love it, and it's great with my skin. I recommend this cleanser highly!

I heard rave reviews about the hand lotion; this is not it. This is for feet and would be good for hands but it has exfoliants in it. It is very moisturizing, but I don't see the need to exfoliate and moisturize feet. I'd rather only to moisturize. I don't know if I am keen on this brand as it is difficult to find, but there aren't many good organic hand creams that are made in the U.S.

Climat by Lancome For Women 2.5 Ounces Eau De Toilette Spray

This is a fake and just another failed attempt to reproduce one of the best Lancome's perfumes ever. Only those who remember the real scent could detect a hint of it which disappears in seconds. Have to keep it since there is no substitute at least it evokes good memories. Too sad...

This was, and still is, my wife's favorite perfume. Climat is what she wore when we first met, and what she still prefers today. I love the scent. Honestly, it gets me going. Guys, this is a great scent for that special woman in your life, and the price on Amazon is actually really good. Normally, the 2.5 oz spray is about $80 elsewhere.

Oh, a couple of things you should know when deciding between the spray and parfum. First, there does seem to be a slight scent difference. But, when worn you won't normally be able to tell. Second, the parfum bottle's stopper isn't really that tight (at least, not with the bottle I bought my wife a few years back), so if you go that route, just know that you'll need to be careful about spilling (but, hey, it smells good, so maybe not a bad thing).

I have tried many brands of liquid hand soap, from Softsoap to Nature's Gate via Mrs. Meyer's and Kiss My Face and South of France -and this EO soap is definitely the best among them. It's vegan and cruelty-free, has excellent texture and consistency, is not drying, and would neither drip nor dry & clog the tip of the pump. And it smells wonderfully, I should not forget to mention that. The container may not be the most elegant, but you can always buy a refill and pour to your own containers.

This product is wonderful, there is a light fragrance from the essential oils, soothing, and the dispenser is a nice one. Will definately buy again but probably in an unbreakable larger size. I did order this as part of Amazon's subscription program but when it shipped there was no packing material and one of the dispensers broke at the neck very messy package. Amazon replaced it and I am shipping back the broken ones. The warehouse shipped this product with another big bottle of hand soap and a large hard dog toy. The other bottle of hand soap leaked terribly too so I don't know what happened but since the lid was really loose, I assume that it was not tightened before it was packaged. I cleaned up the bottles to return to Amazon, not a fun chore at all.

I am very disappointed in Amazon's inconsistent packaging of subscription items. This is not the first time it happened, but I didn't report it last time. I am not happy with the return customer service. This is the 2nd time I have had to call and this person barely spoke English and clearly did not listen to me. I have 2 lable returns for items from the same box1 label return per box. I guess they can throw it all into one box but I have to ship back in 2 boxes. Not a happy customer of Amazon right now.

I've been using this product for 1 month now and I really like the results that I'm getting. Prior to using this product my hair felt thin and frail. It doesn't "re-grow" hair and don't expect any miracles, but it will leave your scalp feeling very healthy and clean and the remaining hair that you do have will feel more full and I believe it has slowed down the amount of hair I lose naturally on a day to day basis. I cannot deny the power the shampoo has to clean the head. It literally strips your hair and scalp of all of its natural oils and leaves it dry and brittle. To make it better the conditioner, however light, does nothing to bring any strength or softness back. At the end of each shower my head felt clean, and refreshed. My hair deceptively looked thicker despite watching a ton of hair wash away each time I used this product. At the end of every shower my head looked good, but give or take an hour and it started looking bad or worse as if it accelerated hair loss, I looked more bald than before my shower.

I just read that drying out and stripping all the oils makes your head appear thicker because dry, coarse hair looks thicker but at the cost of weakening your hair and making it more prone to falling out. On top of that now you have a super dry scalp (now flakes can start to kick in), dry hair (weak, brittle, breakable), and you have a recipe for disaster. There is a reason no hair stylist, magazine, or this reviewer will ever recommend this product to anyone. If you really believe the hype on Saw Palmetto (one of the ingredients that suppose to inhibit DHT that causes hair loss), you are fooling yourself to think your head will absorb it. Just buy some saw palmetto pills and take it daily. It is waay cheaper and at least your working from the inside out.

Do yourself a favor and look for another product. Since I stopped using this product and went to cheaper products (Now using Creme of Nature with argon oil shampoo and Pantene Pro-V conditioner), my hair is softer, healthier looking throughout the day. The reality is for us guys growing bald, we need products that contain sulfates-free ingredients (no Sodium Lauryl Sulfate SLS, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate ALS, etc...), as this is the main culprit that assist with speeding up the process of our hairs falling out because of its harshness as a cleaning agent. Try Creme of Nature with argon oil shampoo, it is half the cost of this shampoo and in my opinion 10x better. If you are looking for cheap shampoos or break your wallet cost shampoos just google sulfate-free shampoo list.
