I used this product every day for at least three years. I found that it cleansed my face very well and I liked how gentle it was. I used to find that the avg price of $36 was reasonable because it does last for at least three months and frequently longer. While this is true, I have since come to the conclusion that while this is an excellent product, it is really unnecessary. I currently use Cetaphil (linked below) cleanser. It is very gentle, devoid of any unwanted chemicals, and whereas Dr. Gross's fine cleanser costs about $6/oz, Cetaphil is barely more than $1/oz. I save my money and buy good exfoliants and moisturizers.
