Camel Milk Cream Desert Care - 50 ml
I have just ordered a large size of this product. I started w/ the 5ml to see if I could tolerate it. I became aware of the purported benefits of camel's milk reading about autism and camel's milk on a website. My son may have Asparger's. He and I tend to be allergic to the same things --dairy, gluten, etc. I am a 64-year-old Anglo female with typical fragile, pale, atopic skin. Last year, my fingertip eczema resulted in a five-day hospitalization for a major staph infection that brought me to death's door in less than 1/2 hour. I really can't afford to let my skin deteriorate. I have rosacea, cystic acne, eczema, latex allergies (contact dermatitis), seborrhea, fungus, a itchy body rash of unknown origin, etc. I can't use any creams with petroleum products and must spend over $1,000/year throwing out products that make me break out. So I tried this with a great deal of trepidation. Fist a patch test on my inner elbow; no reaction! Great! I was relieved to see this product comes via Germany, which has very high standards for cosmetics. Next, I tried a small amount on my face. Amazingly, it not only caused no reaction, but appeared to both soften and plump my skin and balance the sebum production which causes my acne and clogged pores. I used it first only at night, but later added it under my makeup. It is not a overly emollient cream, so those folks with super dry skin might want to use it under a moisturizer. However, for myself, all moisturizers make me break out. This sufficed even during a winter's dry week here in the US. My pores appeared to very gently begin to unclog; none of the peeling, however, I associate with acids. I was so encouraged by the great results that I then used the cream on my hands under an emollient cream overnight. My eczema began to clear immediately and the skin softened and accepted the emollient creams better. The seborrhea on my nose has cleared. I finally used a dab overnight on my itchy rash of unknown origin that may be an allergic reaction to medication; no doctor had been able to diagnose it. And it is almost gone. The itching stopped within three days. I know this all sounds kind of crazy like a horse-linament saga, but it is true. So I am buying the big jar, because if I only need one cream for all of my dermatological ailments, this is a real value. Try the little jar first --you only need a dab, it has a great texture and light scent that did not trigger any allergies for me. Next, I may try taking camel's milk orally in pills for my damaged gut from the gluten and cow's milk allergies. What a find! Oh, it did take a little while longer to arrive than I had anticipated. I almost cancelled my order, but am so happy I didn't. It's worth the wait.
