I can't get the product to pump. Have to open the bottle and use a utensil or turn the bottle upside down and smack the bottom. Disgusting.

I love this product. The clay base makes my skin feel nice and smooth. Would definitely recommend to every one.

First of all this is a cleansing 'Lotion' with some light small grains which I did not notice in the description. It does remove makeup including mascara. It is however hard to get out of the bottle. The pump is worthless and annoying so you have to remove it and slam the product out of the small opening. They should put the product in a pourable squeeze bottle. It seems to be a good cleanser though it smells a bit like Chlorine. I'm not so sure this is the right product for someone with Rosacea though.

I bought this product two times, and both times the pump did not work. The liquid inside is too thick to shake out; I had to return both products. I don't really have a review of the actual liquid because it wouldn't come out.
