I love JASON products and use some of the other Satin Soaps. This is a good soap, but I find the scent to be too sweet for me. It is moisturizing, but I can't use it often.

Smells amazing and has no parabens of phthalates. I buy this soap in bulk since I can't find it in many stores.

Dr. Hauschka - Cleansing Milk - 4.9 FL OZ

Though I agree with the other poster about the inconvenience of the bottle (it is heavy, breakable, not conducive to travel, and difficult to get the last precious drops out -for me only about 1/2 tsp remains in the bottom), I have to give this product 5 stars because what is inside the bottle is spectacular.

The cleansing milk is so gentle, not even stinging if it gets in my eyes, and not drying my face, even in the depths of winter. I love the smell, like rose-scented geraniums, lychees, and cold cream. Ever since I started using this product a couple of years ago, my complexion has been clear and I have been receiving consistent compliments on my skin. I can really see the difference, and it appears that others can too.

Because this product is at the top of my price range, I only wash my face once a day with one pump per application, so I make it last. This product is far nicer than anything I had ever used before it. I think it is well-worth the extra money.

EDIT:

I have recently stopped using this product, not because I don't like it (I still love it), but because money is a bit tight for me at the moment. If it is tight for you too, consider Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser 16 Oz as a replacement for this. It is also very gentle and non-sudsing, and though it is a bit less rich and doesn't smell nice like the Cleansing Milk, it is much less expensive. The Dr. Hauschka's is still my favorite, and still feels more nourishing to the skin, but the cetaphil is good enough for now.

this is a face wash from heaven. for some reason it is the only product that does not give me an allergic reaction. smells great, removes eye makeup...very important.

it's inconveniently in a bottle that leaves at least a tablespoon or two of product at the bottom. it requires tremendous effort to remove (inverting it for days and catching it before it falls out as you put it in your hand). you'd think for $35 someone at the company could work this out.

This is without a doubt the best cleanser I have ever used! It's super gentle, smells great, gets makeup off, and is incredibly soothing. I tend to have a little redness on my cheeks and the occasional breakout, but this product has soothed most of the redness (I hardly notice it at all) and has cleared up my face a lot.

There are only two downsides: the price and the bottle. This product is a bit pricey (like the entire Dr. Hauschka line) but I definitely think it is worth the money. With the amount this has helped out my skin, I would pay a lot more for it to be completely honest. The bottle is glass, which isn't a bit deal for me, but it makes it difficult to travel with. It would probably be better in a squeezable tube.

I do think the product is worth the money and problems with the bottle, which is why I kept the 5 star rating. The pros outweigh the cons.

Some people were wondering if this is food grade and yes it is. The back of the box has a number of suggestions for use including cooking, household cleaning, skincare/haircare, aromatherapy and pet care. The rose water comes in a plastic squeeze bottle. The scent is absolutely wonderful and smells just like roses. I've used it on my face and it's refreshing and works like the other brand I used to use (I've previously used non-organic rose water). The Clean and Clear Instant Dissolving Strips is a convenient product for taking to the gym and when traveling via plane or train. You dampen these first, rub it together, and use. It did not take off all my foundation but quite useful when in a plane, etc and want to freshen up. The test was, after I used one sheet, to wash my face with liquid soap and use a white washcloth to rinse off. The cotton washcloth always had more makeup on it. But this prodcut is a lot better than most and is not irritating to the skin like pricier ones. I cannot find it anywhere but Amazon, so while it is silly to pay hefty shipping charges on a low priced item like this, the total is not so much,compared to the kind in the drugstores.

I bought it after a girl i worked with told me she was having problems breaking out on her back as well until someone told her to try this. I said to her 'but i tried dove and it didnt help me'. Right now(i am 34) this is the only soap i use on my face! And generally my body as well. Although i will say it does not moisturize my body it is very neutral and non irritating though. Even if i switched to a 'moisturizing' body soap i would still need this for my face and upper back. I love love love it. I am never without it. I use this on a fresh white rag sometimes with sea salt for face (and/or body). My husband gets excema during the cold months and initially he thought this was drying but he found it was actually quite neutral and he loves it as well now. It gets you way cleaner than glycerin soap. Never has that itchy feeling later after you sweat(from soap residue). Anyone who is breaking out can always rely on this too. In the very least to be a neutral non problem causing soap for back up, in between treatments, or just until they find the right treatment. I break out(yes on my face too), but not with this soap! :-) Way cheaper than 'proactive' without all the chemicals!

Now i am not going to lie, this is not a luxury soap that will do things for your skin -(other than clearing it up-thats because its getting your skin all the way clean without irritating skin-useless ingredients -like fragrance). But if you want an everyday standby. A soap that just gets you clean and does a really good job at that....in that case this soap is your answer. It will answer your prayers and stand by you like a loyal servant

I bought this for my 7 year old who has a very itchy scalp. In the end it didn't really make it all better, but it didn't make it worse. I think head and shoulders does just as good a job and does not cost as much.

From the first time I used this product and every time sense my skin has felt protected and nourished. The Jurlique Products do what they say and really balance your skin. For all the natural skin care products I've tried this is a first. Try the Herbal Recovery Gel, it has minimized my fine lines and toned my skin. I'm thrilled to see and feel what Clear Scalp and Hair Therapy Ultra Shea Cleanse and Nourish Shampoo, and CLEAR SCALP & HAIR BEAUTY Ultra Shea Smooth & Nourish Conditioner, 12.7 Fluid Ounce, have done for my hair in a single application. I have been using salon shampoos and conditioners on my hair for ages now, and been really displeased with how my hair has been looking. The cylinders are sturdy, with tops that press open easily, and the shampoo stands on its feet, and conditioner on its head, so there is no confusion as to what bottle you're reaching for, half blind with no glasses on and water running down your face. I'm going to keep using Clear Ultra Shea, and those salon products will have to go bye bye.

I really like this shampoo! I have psoriasis on my scalp and usually use shampoos that dry out my hair quite a bit. I do have an oily scalp and was afraid that the moisturizing aspect of the shampoo would just make me a greasy mess, I don't usually buy moisturizing shampoo or conditioner (when I buy regular shampoos for when my psoriasis is calm).

The shampoo combined with the conditioner would surely make me greasy, right? Nope! My hair is soft, nice and shiny. I wash my hair every other day and didn't have any problems with needing to wash between my regular washings. I'm happy with this, it made my hair soft but not greasy and kept any flakes at bay. I was using Dove's Moisturizing Shampoo/Conditioner. It did a good job with having soft hair, but I was having snow storms of dandruff and lots of hair breakage to a point I pick off ten plus hairs off my when I got out of the shower and throughout the day. Also, with the dandruff, after the owner of my workplace (who can be very picky on appearance, down to one flake of dandruff) walked in and seeing the amount of dandruff on my black uniform, I said "That's it!"

I walked into Walmart and looked at the dry scalp/dandruff shampoos. Head and Shoulders somewhat did the job, but my hair gets dry and brittle and did an okay job on the dandruff. I then stumbled upon Clear. I figured I'd give it a shot, even though it was a little pricey for me (The only downfall of this product, but better than getting $25 salon stuff). I got the Shea Cleanse and Nourish so that not only did my scalp feel happy, so did my hair. Good news, I needed shampoo and conditioner anyway. I ran out of the Dove anyway.

Went home and used it that night. The results were immediate on the spot. 75% of the flakes were gone, my scalp showed major improvements, and my hair was shiny, smooth, and soft (even though I use the Suave Keratin Serum as well, this made it go from bleh to SWEET ZOMBIE JESUS THAT'S GOOD!). The nice scent of shea was relaxing and nice, and it lasted too. I walked into work the next day (I wash my hair every other day) and a co-worker grabbed me and said "Why do you smell sooooooo good?! I want that!" So, told her it was my new shampoo/conditioner.

And as for my black work uniform, I have not had to brush off flakes or pluck ten plus hairs off me!

My hair has never felt better. I wash it every other day, and focus on the scalp a wee bit more so that I know it's doing its job. I only use a hair straightener (with a heat protection spray) on the lowest heat setting and my hair still feels and smells amazing. A male friend of mine also has the exact same problem as me and he will be getting some today to help him out (I told him they had a mens line he can look into).

Get it! Trust me, you won't be sorry. You want a happy scalp and hair at the same time, get this. I'm not regretting it now. :)

I have dry middle-aged woman hair and have pretty much been using the same hair products for years never thinking that any other products in this price range would do a better job but I was wrong. Though I am not a fan of the coconut/vanilla scent of this product, it is not overwhelming and is more than made up by the fact that this shampoo actually makes my hair look and feel better. I just got this product in the mail. I've only been able to try it once, but even with just one use I can see and feel a dramatic difference. It left my face matte and super smooth. It does leave my face kind of tight feeling, but I think that would be the egg white part of the wash working. I did put moisturizer on afterward and my skin's still a little tight, but I don't know if it's just the fact my face needs to get used to it. The smell is really lovely and it foams pretty well. With just one use I can also tell my pores are super cleaned and smaller. I really like this product so far and can't wait to see the long term results!

*UPDATE* It has now been a couple of months since I've started using this in my daily skincare routine. I have to say I haven't had a major breakout since. I only use it in my morning routine. I do on occasion get a clogged pore where I always get them (personally on me it's around my nose), but they're very minor and are gone with just a hot washcloth. Before using this I probably got a huge planet sized blemish at least once a week. After this I haven't had one SINCE! I now keep receiving complements on my skin and how it's either cleared up or just looks really good and healthy. I'm extremely happy with this product and in love with it. I only use a tiny bit, probably the size of a dime, not even maybe. I follow the back instructions as well on the back that suggest rinsing with cold water. I think that helps, but it maybe just me. Either way, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who's like me fighting acne and bad blemishes. It's really really helped my skin and I can't get enough of it! I'm never going back to drugstore cleaners ever again! Only skinfood for my face from now on!

The Body Shop Moroccan Rose Shower Gel, 8.4-Fluid Ounce

I was looking for something which smelled like Bath and Body Works True Blue Spa Moroccan Rose shower gel, but alas, nothing comes close. This does smell very potently like roses, and I was pleased that the scent stayed on my skin until the next day:) I would buy this again.

The Body Shop Moroccan Rose is my favorite scent and this shower gel is luxurious and smells fantastic but, at $ 25 for an 8 ounce bottle I thought it was only a once in a while indulgence. Thank goodness I found this identical product at TJ Maxx for $3.99 a bottle...I bought 4!

Ojon Restorative Hair Treatment

I have thick, coarse, african-american hair that is relaxed (permed straight). I usually use this product on wet hair (after a shampoo)when blow-drying my hair straight. It makes it really smooth and shiny. I have received a lot of compliments on my hair since I have started using it. In warm temperatures it does melt down but in my opinion it makes it easier to use. When it is a solid you are supposed to rub it in the palm of your hands to liquify it and then put it in your hair. It does have a smokey scent to it but no one pays attention to that...they are looking at how great my hair is. I love Ojon's conditioner (it is the very best I have ever used)but the shampoo in my opinion seems to dry my hair.

I am an African American woman, currently in the process of growing my hair out from a straight perm to natural. My hair is very kinky and dry, and I still want the straight look while my newgrowth is growing in. I used the restorative hair treatment 2 days in a row along with the conditioner, and I could blow-dry my hair straight because It was so conditioned! And what's better, when I used the shine serum and straightened it with a straightening comb, it looked like I had a fresh perm, shiny and healthy. I think it will be very useful when my hair is fully grown out and I'm ready to straighten it with a flat iron. As for the smell, the shampoo, conditioner, and shine serum all smell like shea butter....which I could deal with because I have other oils that I've used before that smell the same, but the Restorative hair treatment does have a very strong coffee & shea butter kind of smell. I personally wouldnt want to walk around smelling like that, so I shampoo it out before I leave the house. The end result smells like shea butter or something. I highly reccommend this product for African American Hair.

I used this stuff as directed and boy did it make my

hair soft and shiny. My hair has not looked like this

since I was in my early 20's. It is soft, bouncy, and

looks really healthy. What's more, it looked great the

next morning with just a comb run through it instead of

my usual restyling. The smell takes some getting used

to but after shampooing, it did not linger. I highly

recommend this product.

For as expensive as this stuff is, and for as many places i've read about it....with my over 2 feet of hair, i thought i better try it. Rumour had it when Demi Moore had waist-length hair, this treatment is what she used to get those silky locks. So i HAD to give it a whirl, regardless of price. I've only used it once....so keep in mind...i was very cautious about not using too much, as i have very silky, fine strands...but ALOT of them. And too much conditioning weighs my hair down much of the time. Not this stuff. OK,,,firstly, the smell is legandary, but i'm an ex-smoker, love patchouli,or incense, and anything exotic-smelling. So the signature smell, did NOT bother me, and is completely gone once you wash it out. At first you cannot even tell anything is different, esp. when your hair is still wet. If anything, the strands feel a bit tacky, and limp. But once i blew it out, not only did my usually-fine hair feel fuller, but i could tangibly see the shine more. Admittedly, i had not washed my hair in 5 days.....when it's over 2 feet long you don't HAVE to, so technically it should have still felt oily and limp. Not with this stuff...and i DID use it very sparingly. I will use more next time, as i can see...once per week would be great for it. But blown-dry, it feels thicker/fuller...and glossier than usual. And it seems to have stripped out some product, as my color looks truer, and less brassy. I have the typical mink brown lowlights, with chunky, white bleached streaks thru-out. If i must say so myself.....my hair looks fab! And feels very silky, and shiny. If you have great hair....are used to spending alittle dough on it, this stuff really is worth it. And seems to be a product where alittle goes a long way. Def. try it girls....i mean seriously...what deep conditioning treatment actually THICKENS hair whilst glossing it way out? Nuthin' i've ever shelled-out a lot of money on.....i like the stuff, and will continue to use it once a week.
