I found this when my mother was in rehab. It works great as an all around shampoo and body wash. I would recommend to anyone.

This product originally came into my home to care for my late husband to keep his skin fresh and void of odors when bathing became more difficult. It's gentle to skin, no over powering smell of its own, just clean. During recooperation of dislocation of my elbows in an accident, the spritzer on hair and rubbing towel dry was effective to make myself presentable for the public at church. I recommend this product for general skin cleaning when normal bathing is not practical.
