Cosmedicine Speedy Recovery Acne Treatment Exfoliating Cleanser 4.2 fl oz (125 ml)

I have combination skin that is prone to acne & I was desperate for a solution. A Sephora rep recommended this product, so I decided to give it a shot. I actually tried the entire Cosmedicne Speedy acne treatment line exfoliating cleanser, daytime moisturizer, daytime acne cream & nighttime acne powder. I was told it might take a couple of weeks before I would notice any improvement. I used the line religiously for a few months & noticed very little improvement. The cleanser dried out my skin terribly, and the moisturizer left my skin feeling very oily & gross. The daytime acne cream (spot treatment) and nighttime acne powder didn't seem to do much either. My face was left dry, peeling & flaky in spots, while very oily in my T-zone area. I now use ONLY the exfoliating cleanser once or twice a week for exfoliating purposes & Neurtrogena Deep Clean Cream cleanser on other days. It seems to help control my acne & prevent my face from becoming too dry.

I first found this on Sephora but Sephora does not ship to APO'S so I Googled it and found it here. Anyway, I have severe adult acne and had yet to find anything to keep it from being so severe and painful, even prescriptions do not work for me! But, seriously, this works!!! I may from time to time get a small pimple but as long as I use this every day @ least once a day it does a super good job of keeping my acne in check. I also use the Cosmedicine drying powder and the lotion with spf in it which I think you can find on Amazon too, but you must use this face wash daily or your acne will come right back! A small price to pay I feel. And the texture is grainy but not at all harsh, so you can tell it exfoliates your skin but it does not hurt it or burn. My face feels clean and calm after I wash with this face wash, not usual for acne products. So, if you can use this in conjunction with the other Cosmedicine acne products you will be clearer if not completely clear within 2 weeks!! And this line of products does not dry out skin or make it red or uncomfortable, just clean! It has does wonders for me and I hope it can do so for others too. Well worth the price tag:)
