I bought this for my wife. My wife has had thyroid problems, leading up to thyroid cancer. Her skin has been affected by the cancer, leading to different types of skin ailments, including acne, Rosacea, blotchiness, etc. This has really helped her skin look much smoother, more uniform in color, reduce the acne significantly, moistened her skin, made her pores smaller etc (or at least appear smaller). It's been the most effective product she's tried in years. It's something that she will use for a long time.

I love this whole line and have been a fan from the very first time I tried it. This cream is very rich and a surprisingly small amount is required. While at first look the price of these products may cause hesitation I have found that because such a small amount is needed a jar goes a very long way and I actually spend less annually on my face care regime since switching to the Immortelle line.

i tried it for free having long used lancôme's much more reasonably priced serum and don't notice a difference between the 2. + lancôme's stuff feels nice & nurturing on your face, while this stuff i think feels sorta drying. it's incredibly awkward how you have to *spoon* it onto your face, too, at least w/the trial size. not spending any $$ on that when a cheaper one works as well and feels nicer.

I don't see any major difference in this product versus the Milk Concentrate which I find just as good and

more economical in the long run. It works well in the evening, but then I switched to the Milk Concentrate and found NO DIFFERENCE in my skin tone and texture. I would pass on this and buy the other.
