Novartis Eye Scrubs are the best way to remove eye makeup available. There is a similar product but my 20 y/o daughter and I have found the Ocusoft brand stings our eyes and does not remove makeup as well. The Eye Scrub removes all waterproof eye makeup every time and is not oily. (If you wear contacts oily is bad.) The first time we tried them we both loved the product but we had hard time justifying the cost. After a fruitless search for a similar eye makeup remover we decided we couldn't do without them and use them daily I cannot believe more people are not aware these exist. It does not irritate our eyes at all and removes waterproof makeup! They are individually wrapped and great for travel. Love them!

I'd still love the individually sealed ones for on the go, but for everyday use, it seems a bit excessive.
