This face wash leaves me with mixed feelings. On the plus side, it has a pleasant scent and cleans thoroughly without stripping the face of its necessary oils. On the minus side, the product often turns into a solid within the pump, blocking anything from coming out unless force is applied. Once the product comes out, it tends to splatter and create waste. Desert Essence really needs to rework the formula so the product remains in its liquid state at all times. Once it does that, this will be a truly five-star product.

I switched to all natural products after having a bad skin reaction to an ingredient that's in everyday drug store products. This made my face break out, and become rough and red. On the other hand, my shoulders and back like it. So now I use it for skin clearing body wash. Be aware that this product if very liquidy. It has the same consistency as water, so be careful.

Product left my skin feeling a little irritated and dry after a few uses. I used it once a day, daily and found that this was not going to work for me. Maybe once or twice a week.

Careful as I was I still ended up getting this in one of my eyes...I wanted to scream! NEVER want to experience that again.

Product has a thin consistency and you have to work it up to a lather. Quite a bit gets wasted in the shower.

Bottom line is it was just an ok product. I wouldn't purchase again.

I purchased this because I heard that tea tree oil is great for acne and I have the occasional blemish. I love this product! I am not sure why people are saying the pump gets stuck but I think they have the wrong product. It has a consistency of water but it lathers well. It has lasted a long time and I use it every day. It quickly takes care of any blemish that has decided to appear. It does make my face itchy if I do not moisturize but I just make sure I do moisturize after use. Give it a try! I have been using it for about six months now and my face has never been so clear!
