Of all the facial cleansing pads I have tried these are the best ones for the money. The tea tree oil in these does an awesome job.

Do what I intended for them to do, clean my face. I like them a lot and use them every day.

When these arrived, i was excited to try them, as i break out really bad every couple of weeks. I opened the little jar and took one of the pads out & it was SOAKED with the tea tree liquid. There was at least three tablespoons of the liquid just sitting in the bottom, and the pads were clearly bloated with it. So i just wrung it out and plugged my nose (the product is reaaally strong smellinglike rubbing alcohol and salicylic acid) and wiped down the problem areas. The rest of the night, i realized my skin felt kind of tight, not necessarily uncomfortable, just odd. The next morning, i got up, and viola! My problem areas were less of a problem! They were dried out and less red. However, so was the rest of my face. It made the area around my mouth & my forehead flakey, and the skin on my cheeks super dried out. I was happy with the results it showed on my acne and pores, but it's just way too harsh for the winter months.

I'm going to try them again during summer and see if it helps my face during the sweatier months of the year when my face gets oily, because it seems if you had oily skin these would be a blessing!

I'm really peeved that I fell for this scammer. The original desert essence of which I have faithfully been buying their products has a green and brown packaging. This product arrived with a baby blue packaging and they even had the gall to have the desert essence website on their packaging as their own. Basically they are trying to pass off this product as the same. And some folks may think its just been repackaged but that's not the case. On visiting three stores here including whole foods I can assure you it's still green and brown plastic.

Furthermore I ended up looking at the listed ingredients using one of my old jars and the formulation is totally different.

Shame on this company and I hope they get what they deserved.

I did send back my 6 jars and they did refund me. I also called the real desert essence company and let them know what is going on.
