I have extremely sensitive skin that gets itchy from most cleansers or soaps. This one is actually very soothing and without added fragrance. I love that it is natural and filled with good stuff to nourish my skin! I have really seen a lot of improvement since I began using this product in December. :)

I ordered two bottles, and they came in a different bottle. Is this because Shikai has changed its bottle design? Even so, they were not in the box, and came leaked. Sloppy wrapping. I am totally disappointed.

It's hard for me to find a facial cleanser due to the extreme sensitivity of my skin as a result of rosacea.
