Somehow oily scalp came on with aging, and all other shampoos (believe me, I tried a lot; Paul Mitchell Clarifying shampoo, Herbal Essences, Biolage, Nature's Gate, some other brand that has to do with bees, Loreal, Garnier, Head and Shoulders, Avalon) either didn't clean my scalp sufficiently or stripped all moisture from my hair and left it dry straws. My stylist recommended this to me and I have been using it for years. It cleans my scalp and doesn't dry out my hair even though I wash my hair everyday. Worth the money.
