This is the only scrub my dermatologist will recommend. I have rosacea and scrubs are usually off limits. This one doesn't tear the skin so I get that "clean" feeling I've missed without the damage. Goes a long way, too.

My doctor gave me a sample of the NIA24 product line when I asked how I could prevent age spots (I'm 37), and I fell in love with it. I've been using it about a year now, and won't switch. I previously used Proactive, so I really love the cleansing scrub, as you get a good exfoliating scrub. Although it says to only use 2 or 3 times a week, I use it every morning in the shower. I have been using Nia24 Physical Cleansing Scrub for over a year now in conjunction with the Nia sunscreen. It really seems to have made an improvement and keep my face fresh, clean and young looking. I use a light base moisturizer under the Nia sunscreen which really helps.
