Very difficult to find a non-comedogenic shampoo and conditioner, even one that works well. It's quite expensive for only 2.25 ounces though. Still. Worth it!

This is a well kept secret, as you cannot find this product everywhere. I am a cancer survivor, so when my hair grew back in, I only wanted to use the "purist" most gentle product. (you have a new appreciation for your hair once you lose it and it comes back!). It is a shampoo and conditioner in one. It seems pricey at first glance, but you only need to use very little to get a nice shampoo. Nothing compares to it, and when I am out of it, I definitely notice the difference. Some stores that carry Naked Bee products do not carry this for some reason but it is the same price on Amazon so that's your best bet. Try it!

After using this for a week, my hair became incredibly dry and frizzy. I hadn't changed anything else in my washing/grooming regimen, so I'm sure this stuff was the culprit. It's too bad because it smells awesome!

Sometimes it takes a while for your hair to adjust to new ingredients, especially the more natural ingredients that aren't in name-brand shampoos and conditioners, but I decided to switch to something else. So if you're looking to switch to this shampoo or any other organic shampoo/conditioner, keep in mind that there may be an adjustment period and that it may leave your hair looking and feeling like straw in the short-term, though possibly the long-term too depending on your hair type.
