I'm surprised at how well this little machine works. My clients are very happy with their results.

The only challenge that I have that it gets hot quickly when doing a cleanse then a peel. Typically I cleanse the client, then give them an organic peel, rinse their skin then use the peel modality. That's when the machine gets hot. Maybe you could work on that.

This is probably a very good product, but it came with no instructions whatsoever . So i looked on you tube to figure out how to work it. The buttons that do work do a nice job, unfortunately not all the buttons work. Have emailed seller but haven't received a reply!!!!!!

Only thing missing from this machine detailed directions. You want to apply aloe vera gel and have a water spray bottle handy I use aloe but you could use other serums. Using the machine for toning/lift you want to hold it at a 45 degree angle and go up. From nasal folds to cheek/eyebrows to hair line. Go from lower chin to other face from mid lip to other face from nose to other face. Eyes work from eyebrow bone. Work from the left side of eyebrow than do middle of eyebrow go up to your hairline, than go right between your eyes to hairline. Avoid the eye area only go to the bone border. For peel/cleaning you want to hold it at a 45 degree angle, going down. From nasal folds to cheek/eyebrows to hair line follow what was said above. With all setting you want to spray a bit of water as you go along. Its a very good machine easy to use. The cleaning setting really won me over. You think your getting everything till you use this machine.

Very fast shipping considering it came from China. Made it to me before estimated time. Product looks to be used or old but i disinfected it very well and it does an awesome job! i love it so far. my skin looks awesome after one use! works best after shower when my skin is still warm and i use a spray mist to keep my skin moist while i use it. Black heads are removed and the brightness and condition of my skin is improved. I will buy a more expensive one down the line, but this will do for now ;)
