Eye Scrub Sterile Eye Makeup Remover Pads - 30 ea
Eye Scrubs are individually wrapped, moist gauze pads. They glide over your eye area and remove very trace of eye shadow, liner and mascara. I've never had to use more than one to do a thorough and efficient job.
They don't leave your skin greasy, or dry and taut. Just refreshed. The individual packets are perfect for travel. The only thing I DON'T like about the product is the name.....it sounds too harsh for something so gentle. You will not be disappointed in Eye Scrub.

This is the first time I ordered the Eye Scrub on-line. They ship me a packet of 30 individual wrapped pads. However, I ordered on september 1,2012. I received the order on september 4, 2012. The expiration date of the product is October 2012. I have less than 30 days to use a product which has 30 packets. Is this cheating or what? Why would they ship me a product whih has such a short shelf life?Want Eye Scrub Sterile Eye Makeup Remover Pads - 30 ea Discount?
The only eye makeup remover I will use and it works too!! I have not been able to buy it at my local stores, but I have found it online! I highly recommend these makeup remover pads, they are super easy to use and sterile.Monday, September 8, 2014
Oxy Face Wash, Maximum, 6 oz.

Oxy Oil-Free Maximum Strength Acne Daily Wash worked miracles on my acne problem. I thought I was doomed, but all of a sudden this wonderful stuff worked wonders. Everything I tried just made things worse, right in the midst of this upsetting disappointment this daily wash fulfilled my dreams. I have so much more confidences walking around in public, so I can heartedly recommend it for anyone suffering from acne problems!Read Best Reviews of Oxy Face Wash, Maximum, 6 oz. Here
I have mild to moderate acne. While it isn't terrible, it is stubborn to treatment. Many dermatologist visits have yielded nothing but peeled skin and frustration. I have tried almost every over the counter face wash in the acne aisle. I stumbled upon Oxy when I ran out of Clearasil face wash (which did nothing for me), and it was reasonably priced, so I picked it up. The consistency of this face wash is very watery almost milky. It takes a little getting used to because it doesn't really lather up very much, which is a sign that it doesn't have added chemicals. It did not sting, and was pleasant enough to wash with. It easily rinsed off and I did not notice any bleaching of hair or towels. Initially, this made my skin very dry and I needed to use a much thicker moisturizer, but the results have definitely been worth it. While my acne is still present, it is reduced, and the overall tone of my skin looks better. The dryness has subsided, and I will continue to use this face wash in the hopes that it continues working even better with time. I would recommend this to anyone, but do find a thick, non-comodogenic moisturizer for afterwards!Want Oxy Face Wash, Maximum, 6 oz. Discount?
I've found salicylic acid to be pretty useless for treating my mild inflammatory acne so I was delighted to finally stumble across Oxy Face Wash in the store one day. I bought it solely because it was the only face wash I could find with benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient, and it has turned out to be a great product. Though it hasn't completely eliminated my acne, it has definitely reduced the frequency and severity of my breakouts. The wash is a thin white liquid with a kind of runny consistency, but since it lathers up and is easy to apply I don't consider that a problem. In fact, the watery texture makes it much easier to rinse off than other washes I've tried, such as Clean & Clear Cleanser which is more paste-like. I also appreciate that it doesn't really have any odor or perfume.
I noticed that some reviewers mentioned it making their faces dry, but I've actually found this to be the least drying treatment out of all the BP products I've tried. I put it on in the shower every morning and my face always feels clean and soft after rinsing it off. It's important to keep in mind that this is the "maximum" benzoyl peroxide dose so if you haven't been using BP on your skin before you may want to start out with a 2% treatment or just use this every other day to let your skin acclimate and avoid irritation and peeling. Additionally, using a non-greasy moisturizer is a critical part of any acne treatment regimen, and that will of course also help with dryness if it occurs.
As with any BP treatment, this stuff WILL bleach everything it touches, including towels and clothing. Even when I went to great lengths to avoid using colored towels around my face, the residue from my fingers was enough to discolor them. If this is something you care about then you should probably just use white towels.

Buy Dermorganic Trio Kit (12oz Shampoo, 8oz Mask, 4oz Treatment) Now
I have battled with thinning, dry, brittle hair since having my thyroid removed seven years ago (and yes, my dosage is correct). I had just about given up that my hair would look shiny and full again until I received this trio kit. I literally just finished drying my hair which is something I haven't done in years to avoid additional damage. My hair looks, feels, and smells amazing! It is shiny and full and fluffy like it used to be before. I can only imagine what my hair will look like in six months after regular use. This will definitely be a repurchase in the largest size.EDIT ~7-17-12: I was only able to use this kit for a few days since something made me have a crazy allergic reaction. My hair looked and smelled great, but head to toe hives just isn't worth it. I now use Kiss My Face Whenever Shampoo, Value Size, 32 Ounce and Kiss My Face Whenever Conditioner, Value Size, 32 Ounce.

I love this stuff so much! My hunny got me the trio for Christmas and I have been using it ever since! I have shoulder length hair and 6 pumps for the shampoo and 8 pumps for the conditioner is all I need. It took a while to get used to the shampoo but I have noticed a complete change in my hair. NoI do not have horribly damaged hair but I did notice LOTS of fallout this past summer. I don't know if it is the shampoo or what but no more fallout and my hair looks and feels thicker. I just wash my hair, leave the conditioner on the duration of my shower, and rinse! I towel dry my hair and put a nickel sized amount of the oil through the ends first and then the rest. I love this, my hair feels amazing, when I don't use this (which is not often) I use the suave naturals. I haven't found a better shampoo or conditioner though. Do yourself a favor and just by the backbar kit!Want Dermorganic Trio Kit (12oz Shampoo, 8oz Mask, 4oz Treatment) Discount?
DermOrganic hair products work really well on my hair and as a result my hair is shinier and smoother. As someone else mentioned, this product isn't organic just named that way. But that wasn't the reason I bought this trio. I just wanted something that would clean, moisturize, and smooth my hair and this does just that!Wednesday, July 30, 2014
Peter Thomas Roth Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel 3.3 oz
Although this is an anti-aging cleansing gel, it does help with acne and can be used by people of all ages. Salicylic acid is a main ingredient in the gel, which exfoliates dead skin and helps with acne. Additionally, glycolic acid has been shown to help with acne. Initially I was concerned about using a product with glycolic acid in it because I use a pretty strong retinoid every night, and do AHA/BHA micro peels about once a week. However, my skin showed no signs of irritation when using this gel along side my other skin care components. I have very sensitive eyes-and I was able to use this product in my eye area without irritation, watering, or redness. Finally, a little goes a long way-the deluxe sample I received lasted about a month and half (granted I only used it once per day), and the 8 oz bottle I purchased has lasted me 5 months!
There were only two downsides with this product. My skin is naturally very oily, and this does not do much to control oil. About an hour to two hours after washing my face with this gel-my skin is oily again. The other downside is the price. There are deals to be had, and I only use this once day-but it is still a face wash and the jury is still out on how much of a difference face washes can actually make when it comes to anti-aging.
I would recommend this to people with oily to normal skin that can tolerate glycolic acid and salicylic acid in the same formula, but buy a small bottle first.
Skin type: 20-something, few lines, acne prone, very oily, semi-pigmented, sensitive (especially in the eye area)I am 38, still struggle with acne from time to time. I was given a sample of this at a store within a big box store, and I couldn't be more happy with it. My face has tightened up, my skin has become much more clear, and while I do not have true wrinkles yet per say, I am very happy with the product. A little bit REALLY does go a long way! The smell is fantastic, and it really does make my skin feel smooth. I just purchased the 8.5oz bottle here on Amazon at about $13 less than the store within the big box store! :) I tend to have oily skin, and this stuff in combo with Olay Regenerist has made a huge impact on my skin. So much more clear, soft, and I actually am getting carded for alcohol again. Something that hasn't happened in many years!!! Go to the store within the "big box store".. 3 letters are its initials... Ask for a sample, and I promise you'll be reaching out here for the full size!!!!!

I love this conditioner and have been using it for years. Both with natural and relaxed hair. It detangles my hair like a dream. Sometimes I used it as a heavy leave-in (winter).Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for charging $$$ ($19.99) for something that costs less than $4 at Trader Joe's.This is such good stuff. All organic and so creamy. I use this for my conditioner cleansing (no shampoo for me) it leaves my hair so nicely conditioned! My hair has that nice heavy hang from all the moisturizing ingredients. Great 1st step in my hair routine. Have used this for 2 years with great results. Great to detangle my curly hair with nice slip.
Can also be bought at Lakshmi's Cupboard online store for $4.40. Ships same or next day.

I am an African American woman. I use this product in my natural hair. It works wonders. At times I may leave it as a deep conditioning treatment for 20 minutes with a shower cap for extra moisture benefits. There is a shampoo as well, but I use a shampoo from a different company, Carols daughter. While I wash it out, I add olive oil to my hair then semi blow dry it out. Comes out very soft and not hard to de-tangle. I love that its organic, it smells good, and the texture is thick, not WATERY. In the Trader joes store it is only $3 So I'm not sure why this is the price here?Tuesday, June 10, 2014

First about my hair: I have very dark brown hair, LOTS of it (and super long). I wash my hair every other day, sometimes every 3rd day. I use this product about 2 times a week for the last year. I LOVE IT. I've never had a problem with it not blending into my hair. I use it around my scalp line and use a round brush to brush through. One recommendationdo it before you get dressed, or put a robe on, because I've noticed the powder can fly when you apply it. I also use a makeup brush on my face after, just to make sure there isn't any left around my facesometimes you can't see it until you're out in daylight.Read Best Reviews of Oscar Blandi Pronto Duo-3.9 oz. I have ordered this product once before and I think it's wonderful. When roots start to show, I just use this power and it covers the roots so it looks very natural. However, when I ordered a second bottle recently, I found out that the bottle had a slit in the side. When I went to use it, the powder went all over the place. The product costs more than any similar product I've purchased in the past. Unfortunately, I needed the new bottle so badly that I poured the remaining powder into another container instead of returning it.This was recommended to me by a friend and it's a great product. I've used it many times, and all with good results. I primarily bought this for a trip to Europe I am going on soon to hold me up between washes.

Mustard Bath 32 Ounces
Best advice is to bring a bottle of water with you into the bathroom while you soak, and don't make the mix too strong. Keep it to two ounces per full tub. And do sit for 20 minutes, even if you have to keep topping off the tub with more water. It will loosen up phlegm and get that blood circulating.
Then, you MUST get into bed and stay warm. Don't get chilled afterward.
I was able to do the brief cold shower ritual only once. The mustard bath makes me too sleepy and a little light headed. So normally I wrap up in a huge towel and exit the bathroom to dry off and change. Then under the blankets for at least an hour.
Wonderful stuff!

AINHOA Luxe Gold Facial Serum, 1.05 Fluid Ounce
Foremost, let's look at what dermatologists have to say about the use of gold in "skin care." A phenomenal report in the New York Times noted, "Dr. Judith Hellman, a dermatologist in New York City, did research into gold face creams after enough magazine beauty editors pestered her about them. 'At best, they do nothing, and at worst, they can give you irritation of the skin,' she said. 'I would tell people to put that money into gold that they can wear around their neck or on their fingers.'" From the same article, another dermatologist (Dr. Jeannette Graf) stated that, she had done "intensive medical searches on this very ingredient" and found that "there are absolutely no scientific studies that show that gold has any effect in firming or revitalizing the skin, nor that it reduces wrinkles or gives skin a plumped, golden glow.'" But Dr. Graf did find that gold was named "'allergen of the year' in 2001 by the American Contact Dermatitis Society" (Kingson, Jennifer. May 24 2011. Fashion and Style Section). I know that this seems obvious to most American consumers. We watch The Doctors and Dr. Oz. We read Consumer Reports. Nonetheless, we sometimes get distracted by "big claims." So, absolutely know that you are paying for gold that will have no positive impact on your skin. And, know that those who have sensitive skin can actually be negatively impacted by these products. (That's straight from the research). Therefore, be certain to conduct a patch-test (i.e. apply the product to a small area, wait twenty-four hours, and then proceed with this product if there are no negative results).
Now for the "caviar" claim. Again, Americans are smart consumers. However, sometimes it takes awhile to disseminate the proper information to the public. Therefore, many may truly believe that this could be the next "big thing." What I can tell you is that caviar is not that next "fountain of youth." As reported by The Associated Press, Dr. Sanusi Umar clearly stated that there is no evidence that caviar has any benefit.
What else do you need to know? The first ingredient is water. This may be problematic for a variety of reasons. Many in the field are quick make one loud point: if water is the first ingredient, the product is usually 70-95% water. Now consider that some preservatives are included (because water "spoils") and you do not really have a great deal of active ingredients remaining.
Now, if you search some of the ingredients on this label, you may be alarmed to find that there are a few alarming reports about "propylene gycol." However, I think it is crucial to note that our FDA has labelled it safe. (It is even used in dog food ... so, again, I feel like you have no worries here). Still, it may do you good to dig deeper into this debate. It seems really heated.
Now, my main concern (again as a savvy consumer) was that this product is manufactured in Spain (i.e. without the careful watch of the FDA). So I did some investigating. The good news is our FDA website states, "Cosmetic products imported into the United States are subject to the same laws and regulations as those produced in the United States. They must be safe for their intended uses and contain no prohibited ingredients." But there is also a statement that claims, "The FDA encourages cosmetic firms to register their establishments and file Cosmetic Product Ingredient Statements with FDA's Voluntary Cosmetic Registration Program (VCRP). However, firms importing products considered to be solely cosmetics in the United States are not required to register with FDA."
Since there are no ingredients listed on the plastic bottle itself, you may wish to save the box and show it to your dermatologist if you have any questions.
The experience itself:
Since some people are sensitive to scent, I thought it sage to report that there is a moderate to heavy aroma comparable to baby powder with a touch of cinnamon. To most, it will not be offensive. (I found it quite pleasant). To a few, it could prove prohibitive. (And, there are a few for whom it will clash with their signature scents).
It goes on clear and finishes clear.
It is not tacky (to the touch) and seems to "disappear" into the skin.
I had no problem with layering an SPF 20 tinted moisturizer over this.
I see no genuine differences yet (not even on a temporary basis like with many beauty-counter products that contain caffeine and the like). However, I will report back when the bottle is complete and provide my end results. And, I feel it only fair to note that I use Refissa every night (a prescription anti-aging retinoid) and follow that in the morning with CeraVe with a fresh "punch" of vitamin C (Philosophy Turbo Booster C Powder) which provides sun protection. Pretty much whatever my dermatologist suggests, I do. So, I may not see any difference with a beauty-counter product. We will find out!
And, pick up this month's (January 2013) Allure because:
If you desire great skin, Allure has a great section titled "28 Days Later" (no, it is not about zombies!) Here is the gist of this well-researched article devoted to getting great, glowing skin within a month:
-Wear sunscreen every day
-Get quality sleep
-Add more fruits and veggies to your diet (for the antioxidants)
-Exfoliate regularly
-Use a retinoid (they even suggest Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair ... which is extremely cost efficient).
-Add more water to your diet
-Moisturize (they suggest CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion as does every physician I have ever visited. It is SUPER cheap, comes in a huge container, and genuinely is one of the very best moisturizers you can use).
This is how to change your skin. Yes, it takes effort, but why pay for "gold" and "caviar" that numerous studies indicate are ineffective when you can follow this simple list of small suggestions? You CAN make this list your friend. You WILL save yourself money and frustration. And, as countless doctors are quick to note, in the case of beauty-counter skin care, expensive does not mean better (at all).I have acne skin and I find serums to work better for me than moisturizers. Serums tent to be absorb better by then skin, while moisturizers tend to sit on top of the skin to provide moisture. I have to be careful with certain moisturizers because they increase oil levels in my skin creating more acne.
My first impression of this serum is what a clean and fresh smell it has. The serum is clear to milky white with flecks of gold that illuminate and shine. It is very pretty and expensive looking.
Applying it to the skin made my skin extra soft and manageable. It did not irritate my skin like most moisturizers do. I did find that the first week my skin went through a "reaction" period where I had increased pimples in the cheek areas. I google some of the ingredients and found that gold can be an irritant on certain skin. However, the "reaction" period died in about two weeks, and my skin overall was clearer, brighter, and nicer to the touch.
I found that applying too much product made my skin feel like it was going to crack, because it felt "hardened" on my skin. However, applying a small amount and messaging it on the skin using circular strokes provided a luxurious touch.
I have not heard of the brand AINHOA because this serum but I am really satisfied with my serum and I will continue to use it until my bottle runs out.

I have never used any facial moisturizers before trying this product and I would never have tried it if I hadn't been able to get it through the Vine program. I have never been a fan of moisturizing, I rarely use hand cream or body lotion because I don't like the way they feel and the perfume smells irritate me. I do like Jergens lotions and I will use that but that's the only moisturizer I like.I have notice that the elasticity in my skin is diminishing and my face is getting wrinkly so I was happy to have the chance to try this expensive serum. I have to say that I have been pleased with the feel of this on my skin and while it does have a scent to it I don't mind the smell at all. I guess you're supposed to put this on before bed but I use it in the morning instead. And I like the texture of this product under my concealer, it's a little bit tacky and seems to give my concealer something more to stick to than just my smooth skin, so I get better coverage with the concealer.
Do I think this product is making me look younger? Well, someone held the door for me the other day and called me "Miss" instead of Ma'am...does that count?
I think this product is a nice moisturizer that does make my skin look better and my make-up go on better and it doesn't have an irritating smell to it. So, I do like it. But I have to be honest, I am a bargain-shopping kind of girl and I would never spend big bucks on any beauty product, probably not even if I won the lottery. If I could get a life-time supply of this serum gratis, I'd be happy to keep using it.

The fragrance is pleasant, mild and very light. The texture is smooth and leaves a nice glow on the skin.I applied it all over my face and neck, giving special attention to around the eyes and mouth. However, I found it very disappointing that after 3 weeks, I saw no change. I honestly like the product for it ease of application and the non-greasy feeling left on your skin, but could not justify the price for a product that doesn't seem to work as advertised.

First Cleanse Kit By Renew Life -
I am a wife and mom, therapist, fitness instructor and overall health food enthusiast. I have done extensive research on many different antioxidants, herbs, minerals and whole foods with healing properties. I do believe these renew life products are beneficial to the body and facilitate holistic cleansing. (I can only comment on the first cleanse and cleanse smart formulas because these are the only ones I use, but I have been using them literally for years with good results)
I really think the key here is understanding what cleansing is all about. These formulas are not about traditional colon flushing. In fact, the evening formula, focused on the colon specifically, does not use any of the more typical yet more harsh laxative herbs that most colon cleansers use-like psyllium husk, cascara sagrata, senna, etc.-which are good if you are really constipated, but many people find too strong unless in small doses. It does use magnesium hydroxide (think milk of magnesia) which is a naturally occurring mineral, an antacid which also increases water in the intestines. It is an important mineral for the body, especially the muscles and nerves. It CAN have a laxative effect-causing diarrhea in some people--which in turn causes cramping due to loss of potassium. If you add potassium (eat a banana or two perhaps) the cramping subsides-and taking one pill every other day until your system finds the right dosage should eliminate the diarrhea.
The dosage in the cleanse smart (2 capsules) is less than half of the other ingredients and also a little over half the DV for magnesium for a day. It is a relatively small amount--nonetheless, you CAN overdose on it in very large quantities, and you dont want to take anything without knowing your body and specific medical needs. I would say to talk to a medical doctor, but most of them simply dismiss herbal supplements without understanding them and prefer processed pharmaceuticals, which, in many people's opinions, clogs your body further! But this, of course, is a personal choice and responsibility.
Cleanse Smart and first cleanse has added aloe, one of the greatest lubricants in nature, and ginger, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial root to this nighttime colon formula. But even better, it has Triphala, which is an Ayurvedic blend of three (dried) fruits, one to correlate to each dosha and therefore balance the body and encourage homeostasis. It is said to support the entire digestive and gastro intestinal function while strengthening nutritional assimilation.
That is really what cleansing is about on a greater level than just treating constipation. It is about cleansing and nourishing all of the body systems that have been damaged and are malfunctioning due to years of toxic build up. A lot of this is focused in the colon because a blocked colon does not allow for assimilation of nutrients -this means that if you arent already sort of cleaned out, even the herbs in the cleanse smart formulas will not be as effective.
When I first started out, I used the first cleanse and started making changes to my diet slowly. I waited a week or so and then repeated the first cleanse. Now I use the cleanse smart on a need basis-when Ive eaten too much or unhealthy food too frequently-or when I notice I havent had a bowel movement that day. Some days I only take one am pill and one pm pill and Im good.
I especially like the am formula because it has a really great blend of herbs for the other important organs and body systems-dandelion root is a blood cleanser, milk thistle for the liver, hawthorn berry for the heart, etc. If you just google all of the herbs in the formulas, you will see why I think the products are so great.
If you have not had a good experience with these products, I would say try again with a different understanding of what cleansing is-a long-term process of eliminating toxic build up and reestablishing homeostasis or equilibrium in the body so that all systems are functioning synergistically. I have tried many products and these are really some of the best for that purpose. But it has to be part of a whole life-style change-choosing healthier, organic foods more often while reducing chemicals, processed foods, simple white sugars and flours, etc, drinking lots and lots of water, adding antioxidants to prevent further build-up, exercising and relaxing the body-getting enough sleep, laughter, spiritual nourishment and practice. Cleansing is more than just about taking a few pills and expecting a miracle. I used the First Cleanse product exactly as directed. I found it worked to my expectations which was that it would gently encourage bowel and other digestive organ elimination. I did not expect to miraculously lose weight or regrow my hair; I did not have unreasonably optimistic expectations.
The purpose of this product is to prepare the body for the more potent, 30-day Cleanse Smart program (which I just started). So if your expectation is to gain the benefits of this program using the two-week First Cleanse product, then surely you will be disappointed.
If the directions are read (and I'm not sure that some of the readers have done so), one would see that for added bowel cleansing, a product called Cleanse Smart (of which a sample was included) should be used to relieve constipation and for added stimulation. In addition, FiberSmart (a soluable/insoluable flax product) should be used to absorb toxins released from the cleanse as well as to provide the mass needed for effective intestinal elimination.
Those who have written saying "they did get the expected results" are probably correct because they didn't read the directions and didn't use the supplementary products recommended. Those who wrote that "they achieved mild results", should realize that is expected since this is a preparatory product for a stronger program; they should now move on to the Cleanse Smart program.
Everyone's body chemistry and balance is different and if the product makes you feel peculiar or dizzy, then it should be stopped (again as directed).
Happy Cleansing!

First off, before you put any type of pills in your system-you should thoroughly research what exactly is in each pilland who should not take the pills, side effects, etc. Just because it's over the counter doesn't necessarily mean it's safe for you.I've done cleanses in the pastand felt like I was just taking over priced sugar pills.
That's until I did my research on detox/body cleansing. Detox/cleansing is not just about taking a few pill for 7,14, or 30 days and hoping for more "elimination". Detox is really about cleaning your inner body (liver), outter body (skin, hair), lowering stress level, maintaining a good sleep cycle, and eating a proper detox diet.
If you think you are going to take a few pills and not follow the rest of those points (for however many days), you will be highly disappointedand yesprobably experience negative/opposite side effects.
Detoxing is perfect is you are about to start a diet, get into a healthier routine, or want a positive change in your life. But DON'T buy this product if you think you are going to lose 20 pounds in 14 days.
Also, when you start a detox, expect to get sick. On day 2 of taking these pills I had a pretty bad cold for 2 days. And I hardly get sick. But I knew it was my body basically resetting itself, and getting rid of the crap I've put in it recently.
Along with a detox kit like this, I would highly recommend getting a detox book. A good one I found is Detox by Sara Rose. It's simple to read and covers about every point of a detox and why you should do it (what to expect, what not to expect).
Did I lose a couple pounds? Yes...even though I didn't want to. Did I drink TONS of water? Yes. Even with the cold I got, I was waking up feeling great, like I could take on the world...not sluggish, wanting more sleep--and this is in the winter time! My head also felt clearer, more open for thinking, and positive mood all around.
Overall, product is good. It's a great addition to a full detox because it consolidates all the supplements you should take into a nice pill.I tried this cleanse for two weeks after my daughter gave it to me. I became bloated and constipated. I followed directions, drank plenty of water, fresh fruit and vegetables. After 2 weeks of constipated torture, I threw the bottles away. My daughter then told me she experienced the same problems and thought something was wrong with her for the pills not to work. Don't waste your money!Like some of the other reviewers, this cleanse had the opposite affect on me than what was intended. In order to cleanse you need to eleminate that didn't happen. I expected this cleanse would increase my bowel movements and it did for the first day. After that, I have been so painfully constipated that I had to stop the cleanse. I was very careful with my diet and water intake but did not purchase more supplements like Cleanse More. $25 was enough. I can understand if you need help to increase bowel movements but this cleanse basically stopped them! Sort of defeats the purpose! I increased my fiber intake and will probably need to use Miralax per my dr's recommendation, to get things going.
