I have very difficult, acneic skin. I am female and multiracial with brown skin. This was recommended by my esthetician. It seemed to keep my acne under control for a few weeks but eventually my skin became resistant to it. It may work for others with milder acne. I have since used skin scripts rx and that has helped my acne a lot. My teenage brother has milder acne. Instead of this, I bought the DHC acne line for him since it was cheaper as a set than the iS Clinical set and his skin is doing very well.
