This moisturizer is not only great to balance your skin out but I've found that it also helps acne scars heal much faster. After 3-4 days of applying a liberal coat of it day & night, acne scars from popped pimples (red, broken-skin sort of scars) heal to actually smooth skin. Yes, it does smell like tea tree oil but the smell doesn't last all day (only about 10-15 minutes, if you can stand it...I happen to love the smell though) but the moisturizer does! The only thing I could possibly complain about is that they don't have it in a bigger container but the 2 oz. has lasted me for about 3 months and I don't use it very sparingly...

I have had horrible acne for years and I have tried absolutely everything (from medicated acne creams to the drugstore ones) and nothing seemed to be calming it down. I was on antibiotics and birth control but my acne was still rampant! I would baby my skin and not scrub or dry it out too much. I also used a clay mask specifically for acne once a week. I had been searching for a new acne moisturizer a few months ago because my old one had ran out. I love the idea of organic products and paraben free anything so that instantly drew me to derma e! When I bought the moisturizer, I didn't have high expectations for it.

I used to dab acne cream on my face before bed but it would never help my clusters of acne. Especially the acne on my cheeks. Clarins One Step Facial Cleanser with Orange Extract Facial Cleansing Products

I LOVE this product...it's the best moisturizing cleanser I have found. Like all Clarins products it's a bit pricey, but you don't need a whole bunch. This is how I use it: remove makeup with make up remover, do a 'water scrub' of face with warmish/hot water, but no soap (just enough to remove make up remover), shake the cleanser well (to distribute the oil), pour a small cupped handful of cleanser in my hand, rub over my face to coat all areas, splash rinse once or twice ONLY, leave some of the oil, gently pat off most of the moisture with a towel, but don't fully dry, then let air dry.

The remaining oil soaks in and skin is left dewy creamy soft and supple!

Since I've been using this I get SO MANY compliments on my skin.

bonus points It SMELLS super divine.

I've tried everything on market and having slight rosacea is difficult w/ cleansers and scrubs. Besides OLE HENDRICKSON , this CLARINS 1 step is great! warning, it has oil in it and you have to shake bottle b4 you apply on cotton ball. Try clarins PEACH 1 step... even better w/ out oils.

This 1 is great for dry skin and has moringa seeds( Provide great antioxidant)Peach does not have moringa.

Olay Professional Pro-X Clear Acne Protocol

In the past 6 months I have graduated from law school (after a killer finals period) and I have been studying for the Bar exam. My face broke out worse these past 6 months from stress than it ever did when I was in high school. I have tried proactive (highly allergic) and the stuff for teenagers does not work on my adult skin (too harsh). My skin noticeably improved after just one use of this product-even my parents commented. Some comments about the products-

1)Cleanserdoes not foam (which I know can bother some people), very soothing, not drying.

2)Treatment-absorbs into skin well, doesn't burn. I have been following the directions on the package (use 1-3x a day) and only using it once a day because I think more than that would be too drying. Another Notedoes have a slight smell to it that might be off-putting to some people.

3)LotionI was surprised when I first used this and discovered it to be more of a gel as opposed to a traditional lotion. It isn't greasy and does a good job of balancing out the treatment. Notedoes not contain SPF.

The only downside to the kit is that it is slightly expensive and the individual pieces are somewhat small, but compared to something like proactive it isn't that bad. Since the products are new and not available individually, I could see running out of one step and then having to buy another kit to replace it.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product-it has saved my skin!!

I have been using Proavtive for years and it was starting to become very ineffective at keeping my skin clear. It never totally got rid of the breakouts but it controlled them better and they were not as severe.

For the last year I was getting little red bumps all over my face and Proactive was NOT helping with them so I decided to try something else! I saw Olay Professional Pro-X Clear Acne Protocol reviewed in In-Style Magazine and they had mentioned it had helped the author with some of the similar problems I had been experiencing so I decided to try it.

Pricing is comparable to Proactive so that is not an issue. After trying Pro-X Clear for two weeks I was frustrated because I felt I had more breakouts then before...I was freaking out! But then I remembered the review from the magazine that said you HAVE to give this product at least four weeks! After bringing out those initial zits it was just clearing out all the ones that were just under the surface.

I am in week five now and my face is about 95% clearer! The red rash/bumps are GONE and after having 4 children I had some darkening of the skin and that has cleared as well! My face is as clear as it EVER was! I will recommend this product to EVERYONE I know!

Bottomline is YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT and give this product at least 4 weeks to see the results! I saw a bunch of reviewers who gave is a week or two and then said it was making them breakout....that is was it is suppose to do! Clean out your pores and bring everything to a head, so to speak. But when you come out on the other side (3-4-5 weeks) you have BEAUTIFUL skin!!

I'm 46 and have been battling acne for 30 yrs. I've never managed to achieve perfectly clear skin, but for the past several years I've been using other Olay products that have kept it pretty much under control, aside from the occasional 1-2 hormonal related monthly blemishes. I tried this new system hoping to maybe even manage to eliminate those. When I started, my skin was currently in its best condition, having just cleared up the last monthly blemish (they usually only last about 3 days). I ordered this product because it sounded like what I have been looking for. However, after a couple of weeks, I was out of the cleanser and barely used any of the other two products. Then came to find out, it is not in stores (still) and you have to order the entire "starter kit" all over again just to get the cleanser. Reminds me of Proactiv...very limited suppliers and hard to get just what you need.

I'm only 20 but I still get hormonal cystic acne along with white/black heads as well as comedone on my forehead. I've only used this twice over a span of three days to test it out and am shocked about how fantastic this product has worked. Two things that stand out for me when i read about this product does, 1. This product says that it balances the oils of your face and they are not lying about that. I have always had terrible oily skinand have tried every oil reducing serum/ face wash/ lotion and after using this product it's been three days since i've used an oil blotting sheet! yay!that being said the dryness of the product people referred to probably balanced it out, yes I did have some flakes but I also use the clarisonic (that has always helped me with dry flaky skin) 2. I just got this product in the mail. I've only been able to try it once, but even with just one use I can see and feel a dramatic difference. It left my face matte and super smooth. It does leave my face kind of tight feeling, but I think that would be the egg white part of the wash working. I did put moisturizer on afterward and my skin's still a little tight, but I don't know if it's just the fact my face needs to get used to it. The smell is really lovely and it foams pretty well. With just one use I can also tell my pores are super cleaned and smaller. I really like this product so far and can't wait to see the long term results!

*UPDATE* It has now been a couple of months since I've started using this in my daily skincare routine. I have to say I haven't had a major breakout since. I only use it in my morning routine. I do on occasion get a clogged pore where I always get them (personally on me it's around my nose), but they're very minor and are gone with just a hot washcloth. Before using this I probably got a huge planet sized blemish at least once a week. After this I haven't had one SINCE! I now keep receiving complements on my skin and how it's either cleared up or just looks really good and healthy. I'm extremely happy with this product and in love with it. I only use a tiny bit, probably the size of a dime, not even maybe. I follow the back instructions as well on the back that suggest rinsing with cold water. I think that helps, but it maybe just me. Either way, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who's like me fighting acne and bad blemishes. It's really really helped my skin and I can't get enough of it! I'm never going back to drugstore cleaners ever again! Only skinfood for my face from now on!

I absolutely love these cleansing pads. I currently use on my Neutrogena wave and they work great. I really notice a difference when I stop using daily (my skin seems a little rougher and my pores seem larger).

I am a big fan of the Olay Regenerist and ProRx products. I started using this cleanser and saw a huge difference in my skin's moisture and clarity. Fine wrinkles are diminished and skin looks healthier and younger. Even my dermatologist remarked on it.

I have extremely complicated combination 30 year old skin. I've always had issues with acne (both moderate and nodule), I'm fair and sensitive, thus I scar and burn easily. I started using this product about a week ago. Although I've had to hone my dispensing ability because a little does go a long way, the foam is light and easily rinsed. I've noticed in a brief period of time that (as it's winter especially) my face isn't dry as it normally would be, the areas around my jaw line where I have discoloration from older healed acne (scars) have begun to fade, and I have a lighter more even tone to my face overall. My regular acne isn't exasperated by the product, in fact is helped along because it's not over drying or overly hydrating. The balance is excellent. I will say I've not purchased it online from Amazon, as I purchased it on impulse from a grocery store, but I'll be looking to order it online in the future.
