Clearasil Stayclear Oil-free Gel Wash: 6.78 Oz

This face wash was a staple in most grocery and convenience stores in my area. Though recently it seems they replaced it with a less drying wash (which I purchased and it made my face feel awful and slimy).

The thing I loved the most about this wash was the fact that it leaves next to nil residue on your face. It is a rare face wash that really can make your face feel clean. It also is really good at exfoliating your skin. When I started using this face wash, I noticed that all the little dry skin flakes were gone. I've always had a super hard time getting rid of those flakes, with not much luck with different face washes.

But the BEST thing about this stuff, is that it did wonders in eliminating acne in my T-zone that always seems to break out no matter what I use. I have always had mild acne, even into my late 20's, and after using this for a few weeks (Nights and mornings) my acne has gone away, and it is really nice to actually have blemish-free skin, let me tell you.

But this IS a bit drying... So it is a must that you moisturize afterwards. For the days I tend to like something in the Aveeno line. For nights, I use Olay's night regenerist... Which doesn't cause acne on me.

I did actually though begin to worry that this product was too harsh on my cheeks and under-eye area (Which over time has begun to show aging), so I started using a really mild soap in those areasEither Aquanil or Cetaphil, to help preserve the skin there, although I may be being paranoid about that. But when I stopped using the Clearasil wash on my T-zone, like clockwork I immediately started breaking out. So I still continue to use this face wash on my forehead and nose.

Anyway, I was pretty upset that this wasn't sold in stores so I ordered 3 of them. I still am amazed that this has cleared my acne (even the small bumps went away), and so I highly recommend it for someone who is searching for something to deal with that problem. I have used lots of cheap products, and some high-end products, and the cheap didn't work so well, and I did not want to continue funding the high-end. But with this you don't need to! And I still have to remention the exfoliating effect was awesome You should be careful with harsh exfoliaters with beads in it, because over time it can damage your skin. So this sudzy stuff works great.
